INTRODUCTION
Learning and development is important as it helps in employee development through
identifying certain silks and weakness through personal development plan. Furthermore, the
report will identify skills that have been enhanced through the project and will also analyse the
certain skills' improvement through preparing the detailed action plan for the future.
TASK ONE
Reflection on process and evaluation on learning and skills development
Team conflict resolving is the most important that is done by the expertise that helps
them to gain and develop the skills. This team solving helps the person to solve the conflicts
arise in the working and helps them to grow in order to have improvement in the activities
(Spoon, Rubenstein and Terwillegar, 2021). As I have solved the team problem of the business
client it helps me to have development in the own personal skills. By making the client to know
about their problems has enhanced my researching skills. As I have done lot of research in order
to know about the exact problem the business is suffering from. By enhancing my researching
skills helps me to develop more and makes me to have better learning. For example, the
company is facing the problem of sales, by having the proper research it came to be known that
they are no selling the new and innovative products in the market. This is the big cause that the
company was facing sales and profit problems. By having proper research by our team it helps us
to know about this and helps the company to cope up with this. In the beginning the team was
also confused how to start the process and what the problem the company was actually facing.
By working on the project for the client I have improved my communication skills. This is
enhanced by talking with the staff of the business in order to know the exact problem the
company was facing (Wiltshire, Butner and Fiore, 2018). By working with the team I have also
developed my communication skills as the team used to talk on the continuous basis in order to
solve the problem.
As the team was very confused as they don't know how to start this process, for this I
have thought a lot in order to know. This helps me to enhance my thinking and analytical skills
which will help me in my future work as well. By enhancing the thinking and analytical skills it
helps me to develop my learning and development of the skills as well. But my listening skills
was not good which used to have great impact on my work. This makes me to be dependent on

improved a lot and enhanced my learning as well. For example, there were various task in order
to solve the client's problem, but I used to have main focus on the problem. That helps me to
have proper analysis of the problem and helps me to develop my problem solving skills. Further
in order to solve the problem I have analyse that my leadership quality and skills were not good
as I have to be dependent on the other person (Hapsari, Surjandari and Komarudin, 2019). This
was just due to the lacking in the listening skills and have great impact on the work. In need to
improve my leadership skills that helps the team to have good leaders that helps and guide them
in order to solve the problem.
From this team solving, I have also developed my confidence level as my confidence
level was very weak. I was shy in order to communicate with the people, but by working with the
team I have increase the confidence level as well. This will help me in my future to have the
proper communication with the people and solve the conflicts as well.

would be able to build the strong relationships with other team members that would further assist
me not only professionally but also personally in the long run. Also, through team solving all the
groups task would result in the positive outcome and hence in the future learning I would be
motivated enough to work in the diverse groups more than individually so that best results are
derived (Wiltshire, Butner and Fiore, 2018). Also, team solving would help me to identify the
certain areas of strengths and weakness that would allow me in the future to wok accordingly so
that same mistake is not repeated thus increasing the level of accuracy. Moreover, through

Through this plan people are able to identify certain individuals goals that need to be
