This report evaluates the reflection on the different skills that are developed as a result of the project and identifies how learning might be used in future career. It proposes a plan of action for filling certain gaps and developing few areas through a personal development plan.

INTRODUCTION
Learning and development is important as it helps in employee development through
identifying certain silks and weakness through personal development plan. Furthermore, the
report will identify skills that have been enhanced through the project and will also analyse the
certain skills' improvement through preparing the detailed action plan for the future.
TASK ONE
Reflection on process and evaluation on learning and skills development
Team conflict resolving is the most important that is done by the expertise that helps
them to gain and develop the skills. This team solving helps the person to solve the conflicts
arise in the working and helps them to grow in order to have improvement in the activities
(Spoon, Rubenstein and Terwillegar, 2021). As I have solved the team problem of the business
client it helps me to have development in the own personal skills. By making the client to know
about their problems has enhanced my researching skills. As I have done lot of research in order
to know about the exact problem the business is suffering from. By enhancing my researching
skills helps me to develop more and makes me to have better learning. For example, the
company is facing the problem of sales, by having the proper research it came to be known that
they are no selling the new and innovative products in the market. This is the big cause that the
company was facing sales and profit problems. By having proper research by our team it helps us
to know about this and helps the company to cope up with this. In the beginning the team was
also confused how to start the process and what the problem the company was actually facing.
By working on the project for the client I have improved my communication skills. This is
enhanced by talking with the staff of the business in order to know the exact problem the
company was facing (Wiltshire, Butner and Fiore, 2018). By working with the team I have also
developed my communication skills as the team used to talk on the continuous basis in order to
solve the problem.
As the team was very confused as they don't know how to start this process, for this I
have thought a lot in order to know. This helps me to enhance my thinking and analytical skills
which will help me in my future work as well. By enhancing the thinking and analytical skills it
helps me to develop my learning and development of the skills as well. But my listening skills
was not good which used to have great impact on my work. This makes me to be dependent on

the other team members to know about what the client is actually saying. I need to improve my
listening skills as this will help me to have enhanced in my learning and develop my personal
skills. From this team solving I have developed the self awareness that makes me to know about
the changes in the market and helps me to grow as well (Vaccarello, Kratochwill and Asmus,
2022). The problem solving skills is also developed from this client's problems as the client was
very satisfied with the work done by me. This was one of the best solving done by us and I have
improved a lot and enhanced my learning as well. For example, there were various task in order
to solve the client's problem, but I used to have main focus on the problem. That helps me to
have proper analysis of the problem and helps me to develop my problem solving skills. Further
in order to solve the problem I have analyse that my leadership quality and skills were not good
as I have to be dependent on the other person (Hapsari, Surjandari and Komarudin, 2019). This
was just due to the lacking in the listening skills and have great impact on the work. In need to
improve my leadership skills that helps the team to have good leaders that helps and guide them
in order to solve the problem.
From this team solving, I have also developed my confidence level as my confidence
level was very weak. I was shy in order to communicate with the people, but by working with the
team I have increase the confidence level as well. This will help me in my future to have the
proper communication with the people and solve the conflicts as well.
Identifying how learning might be used in future career
For learning about various skills that are needed for the growth and identifying the area
of improvement I have analysed that team solving is very essential so that I am able to wok and
solve various problems with the group in most efficient manner. Furthermore, this learning
would allow me to work in the diverse group and would also help me to respect other opinions
while solving nay kind of the complex problems within the workplace. Moreover, through this I
would be able to build the strong relationships with other team members that would further assist
me not only professionally but also personally in the long run. Also, through team solving all the
groups task would result in the positive outcome and hence in the future learning I would be
motivated enough to work in the diverse groups more than individually so that best results are
derived (Wiltshire, Butner and Fiore, 2018). Also, team solving would help me to identify the
certain areas of strengths and weakness that would allow me in the future to wok accordingly so
that same mistake is not repeated thus increasing the level of accuracy. Moreover, through

effective team solving more the best opportunities might be identified that will allow me to reach
to greater height of success

PDP( personal development plan)
Through this plan people are able to identify certain individuals goals that need to be
achieved within the specified time frame (Bukharina, 2018). Also, this plan is essential to make
aware of certain skills that need to be improved to garb better opportunities in the future.
Moreover, through this PDP plan I would be able to increase the motivation to achieve certain
target on time and will also help in providing sense of purpose and reducing mental stress on the
large level. Furthermore, below is detailed PDP that is as follows:

Thus, from above PDP plan developed it can be said that this would help me in achieving greater
success and heights in the future. Moreover, through following such plans on the regular basis
would allow me to develop other skills that are essential for achieving certain goals. Also, it
would allow me to track the progress and would also help to identify the areas where the things
are going wrong so that corrective actions might be taken on time.
Moreover, through such PDP plans better employment opportunities would be grabbed
through establishment of having clear goals (Benefits of a Personal Development Plan: Take
Charge Today, Benefit Tomorrow, 2022). Furthermore, the performance would be systematically
improved that would further help in building the strong leadership at any workplace and create
positive working environment. Thus, this PDP plan will be helpful for both my personal and
professional development in the future making it good in long run.
CONCLUSION
From the above it is concluded about the reflection on the process and evaluation on the
own learning and skill development. This report evaluate about the reflection on the different
skills that is developed as the result of the project. Further this report has also reflected about the
improvement in the confidence level and use of learning in the future. At last this report has
described the personal development plan on the skills that are to be developed to improve
learning.
