For preparing for growth and success, this is a learning technique that provides learning support

How have developed as a learner during this module?
As a student, I am marketing to shape my career on this subject for my future professional
life. From this module, you also learned various skills and knowledge about curriculum vitae,
certificates, and Microsoft Excel.
Skills- During the study of this module, I have learned the better theories of management and
learning with the theoretical study of data. I have grabbed a better understanding of
communication that how to communicate with the people so that the right message is being sent
to the concerned person to make them understand. It is being known that I must have better
communication as it is the key to getting selected in job interviews and due to this I can get huge
success in my career. During this module, I also worked on the basic consideration of leadership
by which I can rightly lead my team when getting the chance so that I can be a good team leader.
This learning helps me in guiding my subordinates in my future career.
Reference – It is reading skills that help learners understand the functions of others and build on
their quest for understanding and knowledge(Fisher, Acton, and Rowe, 2018). It makes it possible
to understand the role of other researchers and authors in their work, and it is also an essential
part of scientific research. With the help of this module, I learned how to reference in places
where I don't understand the value. I was also able to understand and learn from Harvard,
Vancouver, and Chicago, which gave me the ability to achieve credibility and clarity in academic
research. In this, I have learned the cite the references in the correct format so that the content
can be made relevant and authentic. It will help me much more in studying well-organized text
by understanding the authentic work. It helps to eliminate plagiarism by better generating various

find the sources used there. Within the organization, people must use specific reference methods

so that the data and information provided are reliable. It is a method of appreciating and

that are important to a successful professional career. By creating a resume, you learned how to
use different technical skills to develop a suitable resume application. As a result, I learned from
writing and focused on structure and data(Cui, 2019). It helps students and is more intriguing
with encouraging and optimistic features. It achieves the value of learning career scholars they
need to understand from various courses. During this module, I also learned how to read the job
description of the companies and what role they play in building an efficient curriculum vitae.
Moreover, I also learned about writing a personal statement which makes the content of the
curriculum vitae effective and impressive.

Universities are places where students can develop their careers. College courses support
students' professional and personal growth and convey their current experiences. In institutions,
people at institutions face a variety of questions about the functioning of a degree program when
they are at a degree level. In educational institutions, people need to complete different types of
tasks. Projects must be completed on time, but it is very difficult for students to complete these
tasks. Students face a variety of problems in effective research because they need a proper
environment with a camera and proper sitting. When I used Microsoft Excel and worked on
various projects that required me to create multiple charts, tables, and calculations using Excel, I
encountered a problem due to a lack of expertise and knowledge in using it. .. In addition, future
job hunting will require you to create an appropriate resume. This is challenging for students as
they have no understanding or knowledge of it.

CONCLUSION
From the above report, we conclude that creativity and knowledge are very important to students
to help them succeed in their professional lives. Educational institutions ensure that students
achieve growth by bringing them to grow by providing them with sufficient understanding and
learning in all areas to support their professional and personal growth. I will support you. Helps
