INTRODUCTION
Organization refers to an institution which the different types of activities which are
linked with Business are carried out with an aim of attaining the future goals and objectives in a
proper way (Ali and Anwar, 2021). Therefore, it is quite important that the various types of
dynamic aspects related with the organization are considered while formulating strategies for the
future. For this report, Tesco has been chosen. It is a British Company which provides a wide
variety of retail products and services to the people. In this essay, a detailed and specific focus
will be made on the Human Resources. Additionally, a detailed and specific focus will also be
made on the Learning Theories as a part of this project.
MAIN BODY
Question 1-
In an organization, there are different types of employees who are hired to perform
specific roles and responsibilities which are allotted to them (Cabore and et.al., 2020). Therefore,
it becomes quite important that the management of these particular roles and responsibilities can
be done in a proper manner. Therefore, it is highly necessary to ensure that the employees are
aware about their job activities and responsibilities. The job activities and responsibilities of the
employees in Tesco are as follows-
The employees of Tesco are required to ensure that they can fulfil the specific tasks
which are allocated to them so that they are able to make sure that they can effectively
and efficiently contribute towards the success of the company.
The employees of Tesco should be able to make sure that they can effectively and
efficiently manage the particular level of needs and requirements which have been set
according to their job role so that they can make the right progress in the future in a
proper manner.
There are different types of methods which are used for the purpose of training the employees.
The explanation of such methods can be made as follows-
On The Job Training- It is quite important that the right On The Job Training is
provided to the employees. In this method, the employees are trained once they join a
particular organization and thus the training is provided while working. The use of this
method can be made in Tesco for the purpose of training the employees.
