INTRODUCTION
Learning refers to the development of students by change in behaviour of the students, as
per the requirements of changing business environment. Teaching refers to the learners
engagement with teacher to acquire the concept, understanding and knowledge on particular
topic. Learning and teaching is a process which comprises of different variables. Learners will
interact with these variables to achieve the goal of the organisation and enhance skills,
knowledge and behaviour. This project file comprises of diversity in school, consequences and
impact of good diversity on people (Alexander and Giarraffa, 2021). In addition to this
recommendations on issues related to ethics and social values and adoption of new diversities
agenda of inclusion also included in this project. Challenges regarding winners and losers also
considered in this project. The main aim of teaching authority is to enhance the performance of
teacher as well as student, and the current objective is to develop new plans and policies to
achieve the prescribed goal learning and teaching.
School need to focus on the diversity, and examine their consequences and impact of
management on diversity and refer past and present diversity position.
Focus on diversity: Education programs or classroom learning is fruitful for both teacher
and students. There are various dimensions of diversities are: language, culture, religion, gender,
physical and mental ability, sexual orientation, immigration status, ethnicity, race and class. It is
basically refers to difference between various peoples, it also offers both challenges and benefits
to educators as well as students. High secondary school need to focus on the different aspects of
diversities, as to compare different students on the basis of their culture, language, performances
and so on (Bauer, 2020). The positive impact of diversity is : It improve the intellectual
engagement, skills related to problem solving and academic skills. The negative impact of
diversity is: segregation, involvement in new groups hampers their performance and same
culture people do not feel motivated due to increase competition between them.
Consequences of diversities: It refers to the diversity in school and create problem
related to communication and resistance to adopt changes prevail in dynamic business
environment, as they are familiar with the current way of performing task.
People resist to adapt changes: When school start adopting diversification, some
students and teacher resist adapt changes occurred in social and cultural environment. It is very

crucial to address issues related to diversities, before student resist to adopt changes (Carden,
2018).
Outdated policies: It is one of the foremost challenge for recently diversified schools, as
they need to develop policies, inclusive and welcoming those policies of fulfilling
communication gap for diverse students to achieve success.
Strategies: There are several strategies to adopt the diversification are: assessment of
diversity earlier, be inclusive and apply the diversity with policies and leadership.
Teacher: Each teacher need to implement new policies and and support the diverse
students. If schools do not adopt diversification then they miss many opportunities.
Impact of management on diversities:
Management of the organisation need to adapt to diversified culture, as to grow in the
dynamic business environment. Management diversification is a sensitive topic for each
organisation as they need to deal with people. Effective management of diversification practices
helps in hiring best people and acquire opportunities of diversified culture. People belongs to
different cultures and background tends to apply their efficiencies to perform the task of the
organisation (Castro and Tumibay, 2021). People have different knowledge related to their
culture, so they can apply these skills in developing business strategies. Employee should
involve in decision making process, as they feel motivated when they involve in strategies
related to decision-making. If they are not involved in the decision-making than it will have
negative impact on the performance of the organisation.
Refer the diversity position of past and present:
Diversity related to past is based gender diversity with many employers feel that women
has equal rights according to male. It is always a big concern that equality and gender diversity
will always remain important at workplace. It was realised by the employees that cultural
diversity play an important role to brought important benefits. Employees feel more motivated as
they can work according to their culture and perform task with most efficient manner.
Diversity related to present is based on the various benefits to employees to develop
organisational development as well as individual development (Connell, 2021). Now a days
organisations put their focus on the culture and develop the environment of learning from each
other. People belong to different cultures in an organisation, so they need to coordinate their
efforts and learn from different people.
