existing within a country. Also these responsibilities are handled by practitioner's healthcare
sector. Responsibilities help in maintaining strong framework which leads upon operations to be
performed within time limit and organized manner. This practitioner's hold responsibility best
over ethical and social conduct which are to take care of patient without doing any
discrimination, how the patient should not be done at any cost. Free Health care should be
provided under NHSC’s guideline. They are also required to make sure that patients need is been
understood by them so that they can help them at first rate. Also such practitioner's understand
employee’s needs which are helpful in attaining opportunities and also helps in protecting

followed by health practitioner. Health practitioner is basically an individual who performed all
activities in relation to health sector. Health practitioner as an individual should take certain steps
for improving health care facilities that non-discrimination laws should be promoted more and
more which is going to make opportunities generated in equal manner. Then he should check
over ethics that makes processes conducted in more effective manner. Also laws in relation to
health needs applied in more effective manner which has to be seen by health practitioner only

Health practitioner should offer medical services in a wide variety of medical fields,
including dentistry, physical therapy, athletic training and nursing. Then they should examine,
diagnose and treat patients, often prescribing medication or lifestyle changes. Services performed
by them should be confidential means should not be disclosed to other patience. Health is a free,
confidential service for doctors and dentists across England with mental illness and addiction
problems, working or looking to return to clinical practice (Johnston and Gillam, 2018).

Health practitioner responsibility towards patients and public is to makes sure that rights
like Right to Be Treated with Respect, Right to Obtain Your Medical Records, Right to Privacy
of Your Medical Records, Right to Make a Treatment Choice, Right to Informed Consent, Right
to Refuse Treatment and Right to Make Decisions About End-of-Life Care should be kept in
mind by them. This right should be given to patents as they are human beings and these are basic
rights which are possessed by them. Health care practitioner must always keep in mind these
rights and then only act accordingly. Each right mentioned above is related to patients and has to
be followed by UK health care sector. The other general responsibility which should be followed
by health practitioner in relation to parents are how their lives will end, including life-preserving
measures such as the use of feeding tubes or ventilators. Such right is been given to patients by
laws and is required followed by healthcare practitioner (Jukić and Puljak, 2018).
Responsibilities of health practitioner in relation to employee are that an health care
practitioner should make minimum standard safety to be managed in relation to employees. Then
further it should make sure that employees salary is been given in time. It should considerer

practise in their chosen profession before they start work. They should also ensure that

employment with them. There are nine statutory professional regulatory bodies across the health
and care sectors. Each regulator maintains a register of individuals who meet the required
standards set for the specific profession. In these standards of education, training, professional
skills, behaviour and health is been covered. Importance of accurate record keeping this is
considered as one of the most important part of record keeping or book keeping. It is process by
which transaction and events within accounting system is there to make sure that better accounts
is been maintained within healthcare. These principals are reliable in order to make accuracy to
be maintained by keeping foundation upon accounting. Record keeping is very challenging task
which is to be maintained by business owner of health care sector. This is helpful in making

maintaining of accounts in better and more effective manner. This makes staff induction, current
staff training updates and ensuring you meet insurance requirements achieved in better manner.

people suffering from injuries or other health issues. Before this various laws exists which is
been used by health sector of UK. NHS has been formed in order to improvise schemes related in

making free health facilities availed. There are certain principles which are been possessed by
NHS and they are as follows:

developed.

6. NHS is connected to public, communities and patients that make it reach to all over UK.
