INTRODUCTION
Legal aspects of business is that kind of regulations that
has been made over providing framework which is
basic in nature through this business organization
work in more effective manner. Such aspects is there
which covers about laws through which objectives and
goals within an organization is accomplished in more
affective manner.

Case scenario
The following scenario covers about two incidences that
has taken place within EIC Ltd. Very first incidents
driver is been retained within ‘zero-hours’ contract by
EIC Ltd and has been delivering building materials
through train. In this course of work crane parked by
driver upon pavement but failed to notice pedestrians.
This resulted in causing head injuries to a pedestrian
due to swung of crane.

Whether EIC Ltd will be vicariously
liable
Vicarious liability is that kind of liability that make parties
responsible upon unlawful activities which has been caused
by third party. This makes third party carry about share of
liability within the act. Under such condition master is held
liable over situation within which relationship of master and
servant has been covered. There is one condition which has
to be justified for proving of wrong in vicarious liability
that is “Master is held liable over wrong that is been
committed by his servant”.

Steps taken by ECI Ltd
 Make its employees develop protecting practices in
relation to voracious liability.
 Providing assistance to staff members and
employees upon professional practices.
 Exercising caution with independent practitioners
who share office space.

Conclusion
From the above discussion it can be concluded that legal

establishing business organization.
