INTRODUCTION
Legal system means those aspect making business organization established as per legal
standards formed within country. Through such system structure is developed over making
guidelines and rules provided within business law. Business laws develop better legals system
which helps over improving working of business organization. These laws helps over
establishing business organization within country. Business laws are those legislation which
makes business functions developed in more effective way. As per this goals and objectives are
completed in more effective way. Scope of business laws are wider making broader perspective
covered in more effective way. Nature is dynamic which makes business law cover issues related
to business organization in more effective way. In this report there are three parts which deal
with perspectives of business law. In first part various aspects of legal system of UK has been
explained in relation to various laws existing within it. Two main laws covered are civil and
criminal law improving legal structure of United Kingdom. Second part is based over various
sources of laws. In the end employment law has been explained with its various concepts.

Define laws and identify the respective legal systems in the UK.
Laws are those set of rules which are formed in order to create better structure which
helps in solving issues that impacts both individual and public at large. These rules and

particular country. Through law legislations are developed that makes legal sanctions possible in
relation to public and social welfare making government fulfil there goals of welfare of states.

been existing form very long time within country. Laws has make sure that legislative, executive
and judiciary work separately without interfering within each others matters. This is developed
with the help of doctrine of separation of power. Laws are used for controlling both criminal and
civil activities which holds intentions to harms legal structure existing within society. Through
this laws are able to uplift legal integrity present within country. Laws are focused upon
behavioural and ethical patterns followed by an individual as it impacts social environment of

various aspects of crime. Also criminal laws makes criminal activities deal in more effective way
through criminal law various crimes like murder, sexual assault, theft and extortion are deal with
proper legal structure(Sabri and et. al., 2020). In criminal offences certain elements like mens ra
and mens rea are required to be present for making it crime proved within court. These laws are
regulated by using criminal procedure code within which trials, charges and investigation are
mentioned with proper procedure. In this offenders are convicted more effectively as per the
legal structure of an organization. Criminal law in other words are based upon protecting society
at large form any kind of criminal infringement taking place with intention to harm public at
large. Criminal law work over those crimes which has been conducted with the motive to kill
people. Also in this motive behind the act is observed before starting trial of case. They are
important part of English Legal system as they makes justice procured in relation to crime taking
