INTRODUCTION
Legal system means those aspect making business organization established as per legal
standards formed within country. Through such system structure is developed over making
guidelines and rules provided within business law. Business laws develop better legals system
which helps over improving working of business organization. These laws helps over
establishing business organization within country. Business laws are those legislation which
makes business functions developed in more effective way. As per this goals and objectives are
completed in more effective way. Scope of business laws are wider making broader perspective
covered in more effective way. Nature is dynamic which makes business law cover issues related
to business organization in more effective way. In this report there are three parts which deal
with perspectives of business law. In first part various aspects of legal system of UK has been
explained in relation to various laws existing within it. Two main laws covered are civil and
criminal law improving legal structure of United Kingdom. Second part is based over various
sources of laws. In the end employment law has been explained with its various concepts.
MAIN BODY
PART 1
Define laws and identify the respective legal systems in the UK.
Laws are those set of rules which are formed in order to create better structure which
helps in solving issues that impacts both individual and public at large. These rules and
regulations governs society as per legal perspective existing within a country(Mayer, 2019). Also
laws holds responsibility in developing proper structure which deals with legal system of
particular country. Through law legislations are developed that makes legal sanctions possible in
relation to public and social welfare making government fulfil there goals of welfare of states.
Laws has wider scope in relation to society. Laws are based upon various principles which has
been existing form very long time within country. Laws has make sure that legislative, executive
and judiciary work separately without interfering within each others matters. This is developed
with the help of doctrine of separation of power. Laws are used for controlling both criminal and
civil activities which holds intentions to harms legal structure existing within society. Through
this laws are able to uplift legal integrity present within country. Laws are focused upon
behavioural and ethical patterns followed by an individual as it impacts social environment of

society. Laws are of various kinds which are based over activities creating impact over
society and its working. Law made United Kingdom's legal structure formed in more effective
manner. These laws are formed through passing legislation for which proper structure has been
formed in more effective way. In this common law principles are used which helps in making
diversity created within law formation(Possemiers, 2019). Common law principles are one of the
most important perspective that has been used over making legal system developed in more
effective way. These laws are able to build proper legal structure making laws to be formed with
efficiency. In the legal system of UK there are three main organs helping operating various legal
operations in UK. These organs of law makes justice to be procured by making legal system
more strong in nature. Laws has helped UK in making various aspects to be developed in more
effective manner.
Clearly explain with use of examples the following as means of classification of laws in the
English Legal system
English legal system are based over two major laws which has been discussed as follows:
a) Civil Law:
In this law various aspects has been covered making dealing possible upon certain
aspects within which an individual through various perspectives are covered. In civil law main
focus is over various activities taking place in society regarding an individual. Civil law is based
over civil legislation important to deal over civil wrongs committed by an individual living in
society. Further, these laws are based over comprehensive system making rules and principles
dealing over providing accessibility of citizens and jurists. The law also helps in developing
logical structure which makes civilians protected form any crime based over property, tort and
sate related matter in which an individual is involved. There are various aspects of civil law that
deals over general clauses which allows change take place within an organization. These laws
deals with issues that are based over needs of individual. The laws are deal over issues related to
property and civil disputes. Further, civil procedure code is used for developing proper process
within an organization. Thus civil law are important in terms forming structure making civil laws
used with common laws over forming better civil legal structure. Through civil law individual's
rights are protected as per the constitutional farmworker within country. Thus civil law is
important for legal system of United kingdom.

b) Criminal Law
These laws has been dealing within criminal activities that has been taking place within a
country. Under this law criminal activities is presented within society which helps over handling
various aspects of crime. Also criminal laws makes criminal activities deal in more effective way
through criminal law various crimes like murder, sexual assault, theft and extortion are deal with
proper legal structure(Sabri and et. al., 2020). In criminal offences certain elements like mens ra
and mens rea are required to be present for making it crime proved within court. These laws are
regulated by using criminal procedure code within which trials, charges and investigation are
mentioned with proper procedure. In this offenders are convicted more effectively as per the
legal structure of an organization. Criminal law in other words are based upon protecting society
at large form any kind of criminal infringement taking place with intention to harm public at
large. Criminal law work over those crimes which has been conducted with the motive to kill
people. Also in this motive behind the act is observed before starting trial of case. They are
important part of English Legal system as they makes justice procured in relation to crime taking
place within society.
It can be observed that both civil and criminal law are important aspects of English legal
system of United Kingdom helping over developing better and effective means through the
guidelines developed over conduct of individual or society. Through these laws activities
impacting society has been covered more effectively. Both civil and criminal law has helped in
making strong structure created.
Explain the role of the following Courts in the English Legal system such as
a) High Court
This court is an important part of legal system helping in dealing over cases that has been
transferred from lower court. High court has various important functions to be performed which
makes lower courts to be guided over performing trials and proceedings. High courts are
responsible over developing legal structure making civil and criminal case deal as per the legals
structure of United Kingdom. High court can pass judgement in a case within which basic
principles of law has been violated by the lower courts. This makes fairness to be maintained
within the legal system of United Kingdom.

b) Supreme Court
This is highest court of appeal that has been dealing over cases within which appeals has
been made over challenging the high court's decision. Also the court hold responsibility over
common principles helping in procuring justice(Tarwater and Lenow, 2021). The it protects
constitutional framework and fundamental rights providing justice in difficult cases existing
within court. Supreme Court works over common law principles which makes basic principles of
law protected in any manner. Also Supreme Court makes legal system to be protected of United
Kingdom.

Explain Case Law as a source of laws
Case law are one of the mos important source that has been used over making law formed
in effective way. These source is based over rare cases which makes justice to be protected
within country like UK. They are used as source of law in order to create more relevance in
relation over handling cases of rare nature. It helps upon dealing over legal issue that cannot be
solved by following normal legislation. These laws has important role to play in making laws
within United Kingdom as they work upon common law principles based over UK law making
process. The law has been formed by analysing all kinds oaf facts and important aspects related
to court.
Explain the process of making Legislation
Legislations is one of the most important aspect based over laws that is permanent in
nature and are applied across nation. Through these laws various important legislation has been
created which made legal system of United Kingdom string in more effective way. Through
legislation various legislation and laws has been formed that lead over regulating legal aspect in
more effective manner. They are related in order to improve laws which makes local bodies work
within the legal framework of an organization(Zwitter, 2019). It is important over developing
legal guidance upon laws present within an organization. In UK proper process exists for making
law which is three reading process. First stage includes draft that has to be presented within the
parliament and only presentation is done over the process. Then comes second stage which is
based upon having discussion over bill in detail and then voting is done over it. Then comes third
stage within which bill is developed with amendments and then again discussion is done over it.

Then it is send to House of Lords. In the end Royal assistance is provided that is given by
Monarch. This makes legislation become permanent law in UK which is applied all over United
Kingdom.
Provide the meaning and examples of Delegated Legislation
Delegated legislation means those authority which has been given power in order to deal
with various aspects in relation to dividing power. This is based upon giving power to another
sub authority. This is understood with an example that is law making authority can transferred
there roles to another authority helping in making more relevant laws.
PART 3
Employment Law
These are those laws that has been formed in order to deal with various perspective
related to employee. In these laws various issue related to employment is handled with proper
framework making employee deals over problems. In this law unfair dismissal cannot be done as
per the Employee Rights Act 1995. There are duties of employer like paying wages on time,
creating equal working environment.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion it can be concluded that business laws are those laws that has
been used for handling various aspects related to business organization in its establishment.
These laws are used over making strong framework developed as per law formed in relation to
these process. In this report aspects related over civil and criminal law has been covered with
basic definition of law. Then sources of law has been covered with employment law.
