Tucker.
Sir,
The letter is regarding the required information of the police material, traffic and criminal
history of Mr Blake Tucker, DOB- 15/6/67 who was charged for the following offences of
Wilful Damage u/s 469 of the Criminal Code (Qld), Serious Assault u/s 340 of the Criminal
Code (Qld) and of Public Nuisance u/s 6 of the Summary Offences Act 2005 (Qld). Kindly
provide the police material, traffic and criminal history of Mr Tucker which are required in order
to proceed further with the matter.

Question 1.a.
The term “Preferred supplier” means a company which enters into an agreement with any
other company in order to supply any kind of services and goods to the company with which it
entered into an agreement (Lacoste & Sylvie 2014, 43-57).
Question 1.b.
The following things can be done by Jim as a “Preferred supplier” of the Legal Aid
Queensland to his client-
He needs to help the clients with the legal problems they come with.
He needs to advise the clients on the legal aid eligibility.
He needs to submit on behalf of the client a legal aid application.
He needs to represent the clients in the court.
Question 1.c.
In order to become a preferred supplier, Jim has to fulfill the following conditions and
apply for the post of the Preferred Supplier of the Legal Aid Queensland-
He must be a natural person who is over 18 years of age and needs to conduct business as
sole practitioner.
He needs to be an admitted legal practitioner at least for a three years minimum period.
He needs to have a functioning computer and telephone facility.
