INTRODUCTION
Legal issue is something which is happened on the basis of legal implication which may
need of lawyer in order to sort out. Cross culture refers to the study which is help the
management in cross culture context, this is also includes the influence regarding the societal
culture on managers and management practice that is also related to cultural orientation of the
individual managers and the organization members (Jukić and Puljak, 2018.). Present case study
is based on John owns number of restaurant by selling unique selling point focusing on regional
ingredients. There are different aspects will cover in essay such as contract law,cross culture,
leadership, poor management and organizational cultural and behaviour.

Cross culture refers to the study which is help the management in cross culture context,
this is also includes the influence regarding the societal culture on managers and management
practice that is also related to cultural orientation of the individual managers and the organization
members. On the basis of case study it has been analysed that cross culture is identified because
the organizational culture of John was not good due to this there are different types of issue faced
by company. Also, John has contacted to new supplier in which he wants to get the supply of
hand reared lamb also at that time she wishes to secure the two years of deal with spring farm
because it has good reputation in market and quantity and price of the lamb is mutually decided
by them on the monthly basis also it has been analysed that both Sam who is the joint owner of
Spring farm were exited to get the opportunity because this deal were impact positive for the
company in order to improve the brand image of organization and this is also helps to increase
the productivity by supply large number of lamb to John (Younas and Akramov, 2021). She has
preference in order to deal with excellent quality of lamb to be supplied by the owner of Bank
farm. Bank farm has approached to John because he has dealt with many restaurants and can
provide number of deal.
The management of John is poor because he did not wait for the Sam reply in order to get
another deal with Roger. Sam is also not responsive because he wants to discuss with their
partner and then want to reply regarding the proposal it is necessary to take action so that it help
to deal with in effective managers because this issue is find regarding the under stress due to
lateness and inability to meet the deadline (Akramov, 2021). Due to this there are different type

of problem faces in the case study regarding poor communications because too delay about the
project or deal affects the decision-making process because of imposition demand and
dictatorship by the employees. John wants to discuss with Roger and also tell him for supply
hand reared lamb and due to maintaining the good relation with stakeholder it is necessary to
work discuss regarding the preference and at that time Roger has confirms the deal by taking all
the action seriously. The major demand is for 2 years in order to determine the quantity and
price. It has been analysed that in which contract was tort because verbally decided deal is not
relates to the contract and that is why there are many problem faces in this regrading negative
influencing.
After some time the contract was done between John and Roger on the basis of
negotiation of price and quantity for each month and there is not arbitration clause. In the
arbitration clause it has been analysed that this is related to the contract which requires parties for
resolving the disputes on the basis of arbitration process (Seay and Ternes, 2022). There are
some essential which is included in the arbitration clause because this is deal for addresses the
right party for option in any event regarding legal disputes over the contract. Also, it has been
analysed that both the parties are not agreed on each other. Then they have the choice for
resolving the disputes which is related to arbitration process in order to avoid the litigation. The
problem of cross culture it has been identified that Sam has approached for before but John did
not see the email in which he has mentioned that he wants to accept 2 years deal to supply hand
reared lamb to the john's restaurant. When John saw the email he has called to Sam for revoke
the offer, at that time Sam has frustrated and refused about dealing the alternative restaurant in
order too supply.
On the basis of cases study it has been analysed that John has dealt with poor
management due to these lack of coordination saw in the staff of John because they did not able
to check mails time to time. The issue identified regarding avoiding recognition ins order
accomplishing and criticized for shortcoming, and they do not feel valued in order to work or
state of fear in regard to making the mistake (Nguyen, 2021. ). Due to this problem it has been
analysed that poor management affect the company by not manage all the department such as
lack of communication also affected in order to not completed all the task on time. Also, there is
lack of support given by marketing team so that they did not do this work on time. That is why
they did not reply on email and it affected by not providing support to the employees and this is

affected by providing lack of support. Moreover, management is very important for the human
ins order effecting more productive and bring better technology regarding product and services.
This is also related to crucial economic resource that giving the element for business.
Also, without management there are no lacks of deal and production faced by the company by
not providing them converting the production. John has using the bad management style that is
related to unfocused manager who are muddle by each day without any sort of plan or different
direction (Salguero-Caparrós and Pardo-Ferreira, 2020). The strategic planning are related to
lacks of support for planning in order to establish the business case for workforce planning and
then it has buildings the support by leveraging the power regarding team approach.
Leadership is related to the ability of an individual in which individual influence by
guiding followers or other member of organization. On the basis of case study it has been
analysed that there are poor leadership skill John has because when John has get the lamb from
bank farm also the order were increases day by day. One day suddenly there were one client
who have ask regarding the sources at that time clients has give their opinion regarding the lamb
that bank farm is not dealings with hand reared lamb. In context to leadership it has been
analysed that John get angry by heard all this problem. Also, it has been considered that John is
not good leader because he did not have the quality of effective leader. Some qualities are
necessary for the effective leader such as beings self-aware and prioritize personal development.
They should encourage strategic thinking, action and innovations (Bashtannyk, Kotviakovskyi
and Akimov, 2021). It is important to have the goods decision-making skill so that it helps to
develop the knowledge so that individual will not take the own decisions without concerning
others. Also, John should focus on brand image of the company otherwise it affects due to
reputational risk.
Suddenly, John has called Roger regarding terminate the contract with full refund for the
month's delivery at that time it has been analysed the leadership skill is poor and due to this they
have suffered for 2 time regarding improper decision. There are some reason which has
identified in order to make the leadership weak by lack of trust in employees and to take very
lightly. Also, it is necessary to use those legal contract which helps to improve the knowledges
in the person also it is necessary to adopt all the leadership skills which improve the
organizational culture. The organizational culture was not good for John because it affects due
to having the unexpected culture is related to the collection of practice and expectation that are

guide in order informing about all the action that are related to team members. The
organizational culture followed by John is Adhocracy culture in which owner creates the culture
so that everyone follows accordingly. This is dynamics culture which is flexible and emphasis
on improvement sometimes it can be very challenging in order to get success in the market. It is
also affected the work culture by not trust on anyone. The market is affected in order to develop
more and having the habits in contexts to takings the action (Ayunita, Razak and Halim, 2020).
That is why John has taken immediate decisions which affect brand image of the company also
the productivity of firm has decreases due to this.
Organizational behaviour is related to the study in which individual and group are
interact with other also the effective communication, when the organizational behaviour strategy
uses by the company it helps to develop the management by motivating others so that employees
are trying to do best and performing well. In order to achieve the collective goal become simple
and easier when everyone on same page. Some element of organizational behaviour such as
taking initiative, constructive change oriented communication, innovation, socialization. Also, it
is concern about organizational behaviour which is also known as central problem of human
resource management (Nuckcheddy, 2018). There are different type of organizational behaviour
model in which case study is depended on autocratic model in which owner get more power
regarding takings the decision and taking immediate actions. This is the process in which
manager can hire and fire the employees according to their nature at the same time it has been
analysed that employees are in the dictatorship are not belongings to taking actions.
Further, according to case study it has been analysed that When Johns decided to
terminate the contract bys misunderstanding at that time he wants to meet Roger the
organizational behaviour was not good she has forced young staff in order drive for him, and she
was not confident about what driving. After some time on the basis of autocratic model John
makes his decision to insisting her for drivings this is wrongs to take advantage of senior level.
Ria was not drivings quickly as she enters in Bank farm where the tractor is stationary, and she
forgets to brake quickly enough and causing crash. As a result of not wearing his seatbelt, John is
thrown through the windscreen (Jacobs and Manzi, 2020). Ria is wearing her seat belt and only
suffers cuts and bruises and is otherwise physically fine. The crash meant the tractor was badly
damaged, needing costly repairs. The last scenario affected John through improper decision-
making and in results it affected John by spinal injuries and admitted to hospital where he

requires extensive treatment and physiotherapy. Due to this improper management John has
suffered due to no working properly and only run the restaurant for few hours only (Griffin,
Phillips and Watson, 2020).
CONCLUSION
It has been concluded that legal issue for management are necessary to identified in order
to run the business in right direction. Present case study is depended on issues which are related
to cross culture that is effect analysed that cross culture is identified because the organizational
culture of John was not good due to this there are different types of issue faced by company.
Further, the issue identified regarding avoiding recognition ins order accomplishing and
criticized for shortcoming, and they do not feel valued in order to work or state of fear in regard
to making the mistake. The organizational culture was not good for John because it affects due
