INTRODUCTION
The Companies Act of 2006 governs business in the United Kingdom, whereas Employment
Legislation governs employee relations. The regulations govern the business or entity in
conformity with existing laws while taking changing customer demands into consideration. On
the other hand, the goal of employment legislation is to settle workplace issues and preserve
improved employment relations between employers and employees (Stokes, 2021).
Employment law assures that the company follows the same set of laws and regulations as

conducting commercial activities in an ever-changing environment. For example, it enables
corporations or other parties to submit a complaint in the appropriate court or to seek alternate
dispute resolution methods. The principle of company law enables businesses to better
comprehend their employees' personal standards. These regulations assist the company in
conducting fair trades and deals. It includes remedial action for efficiently resolving issues.
In Salomon v Salomon & Co Ltd [1879], the concept of a "separate legal entity" was also
introduced into company law. It safeguarded the owners' personal property from being used to
pay off the company's obligations or liabilities. The firm is treated as a legal entity in the eyes of
