organisations of travel and tourism sector. There are some ethics which are to be fulfilled by the
companies. It states about various objectives of organisation and impact of external and internal
factors. Skills of management and staffs are evaluated. This report concludes that there are
various ways which can be used by the organisation for further development. Plan is made to
develop those skills. Some more recommendations are given to justify the improvement.

The aim of this act was to establish the tour operators and also to develop the tourism .
