 The present report will be discussing about
legal requirement that need to be followed in
field of teaching as well as it will throw light on
implication of copyright and intellectual
property for use of resources.
PRESENTING LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
 Laws and regulation need to be followed by
teachers while using resources in order to avoid
intervention as well as to maintain smooth flow of
information.
 Along with this, using communication technology
benefits teacher in interacting with others as well as
build healthy relation between students and
teachers that result in building good understanding.
 In addition to this, teachers must follow Copyright
Design Act 1988 as it controls created document to
the author and all the students will be able to create
and continue the study accordingly.
 Although The Equality Act 2010 allow educator to
treat their students with equal opportunity to all
the students
IMPACT OF COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL
PROPERTY RIGHT
 The Copyright Act, 1988 indicates that the
writing or documents are considered to be
intellectual property to the creator.
 Along with this, the property cannot be copied or
used without the permission of the owner as well
as student have to follow this law and keep in the
mind that it cannot make use of unauthorized
property and in case of use it has to pay penalties
(Hart and Slater, 2019).
 Although while making use of technology teacher
can make use of this law and make sure that
students cannot unjustly use any illegal
documents.
CONCLUSION

laws need to be followed by teacher so that it can
make use of the resources in effective manner.

et.al., 2020).
 This law need to be followed properly as it protects the privacy of individual as school requires information relating to both staff and
students.
 In addition to this, teachers must follow Copyright Design Act 1988 as it controls created document to the author and all the students will
be able to create and continue the study accordingly.

 It is the duty of teacher to not discriminate any of the learner on the basis of caste, sex and colour and each of them should be treated
fairly.
 The Healthy and Safety act of 1974 declares that the educational institution has the responsibility to make sure that wellbeing of the
students.
 Along with this, there should be proper safety kit need to be present in school as well as signs should be presented like danger so that
students are aware about the risk.
 The safety norms should be taught to learners so that in case of threat it can take relevant actions to deal with it.
Analysing the impact of Copyright and Intellectual property right
