Introduction
Legal system of business laws are those process which is used in order to conduct
business activities in more effective manner. These systems are responsible for making
business organization establish as per legal standards present within country. Also the system
holds responsibility over making functions to be conduct with more effectiveness. Such
system makes goals and objectives accomplished more effectively. Through legal system of
business organizations is able to perform operations without any problem. Legals system of
UK has developed proper legal structure making issues existing within society solved more
effectively. Scope of legal system is wider as they cover large operations of business taking
place in society. Nature is dynamic as it impacts business growth directly. Thus in the report
classification of law has been provide with various sources of law. In the end employment
law has been explained with unfair dismissal and statutory duties of employer towards
employee.
Part 1: Classifications of Law
Define laws and identify the respective legal systems in the UK
Laws means rules and guidelines used in order to make proper legislation by
passing bills within parliament of a country. It helps over dealing with individual and
public issues existing within society(Mayer, 2019). Laws are important aspect of
society which helps over dealing with issues that impacts functioning of society. The
rules formed within the laws are based over legislation making effectiveness
developed in more effective way. Through laws various kinds of rules are developed
within country which makes business grow with more effectiveness. Laws hold
responsibility over making peace and order formed within society. Further, law
makes legal perspective cover within country making legal structure formed with
effectiveness. Legal structure is present within country which makes legality
maintained in an organization. Through law goals and objectives are achieved for
making welfare of states done with positive approach. In the law doctrine of
separation of power is used allowing three main organs of country which are
legislative, executive and judiciary making legal structure developed in more
effective way. The organs has been given various power which allows organs over
making legal structure maintained with more effectiveness. Legislative makes laws to
be formed in more effective way and executives are given power to make laws

applied within country. Then comes judiciary which makes cases solved in more
effective way. Also under it ethical patterns and behavioral patterns developed within
organization through which positive approach is developed within an organization. In
legal system of UK laws are divided into two important parts making society formed
with proper rules and regulations. Law has helped in making legal system of United
Kingdom with effectiveness by passing legislation with proper structure created in
effective manner. In this common law principles has been used in order to create
diversity which make law formation possible(Possemiers, 2019). Common law
principles are most important part present within law that makes legal system
developed with proper approach. In the legal system of UK three main organs within
legal system of UK has helped over conducting operations with legal operations in
UK. The organs of law makes justice procured within legal system of UK developing
laws in effective way. This allows legal system of UK develop its legislation with
more effectiveness.
Explanation with examples the following as means of classification
of laws in the English Legal system
a) Civil Law:
These laws are based over various perspective which are related to civil
cases. The law is used for developing structure that helps individual to deal with
problems existing within society. Through civil law better understanding is developed
over certain aspects related to an individual living within society. This makes
individual solved issues existing. In civil law act committed by an individual is know
as wrong. Further, civil law has helped in forming legal structure applied within
country to deal with wrongs based over law of torts, property law and contract law
within which two individuals are included. In this law civil perspective related to an
individual is handled providing protection against infringement of individuals right. In
other words civil law's are formed to protect individual living within society. Such law
has helped over making civil wrongs deal over legal structure within an organization.
In this general clause over civil aspects are handled in more effective way. Thus civil
law adds value within society as they use common law over making legal structure
created in order to develop better structure within society. Through law individuals
rights are protected against authority trying to dominate rights which holds
importance over legal system present within society.

b) Criminal Law:
These laws are used in order to solved crime taking place within society which
makes issues deal in more effective way. Through criminal law all kinds of criminal
activities are handled by forming legislation of laws. The law are used for making
criminal activities solved with positive approach(Sabri and et. al., 2020). As per
criminal law acts performed by person is known as crime which has tendency to
impact public at large. Through criminal law criminal activities deals over various
offenses like murder, sexual assault, theft and extortion. Through criminal law proper
legal structure has been formed within United Kingdom. As per the criminal law
various offenses are based over two important elements that is mens ra and mens
rea. They are required to be presented in relation to particular case presented within
courts. Also the law has made society better place to live making society solve
issues impacting public at large.
Both civil and criminal laws are important part of legal system of UK which
makes various laws to be created in order to handle all activities taking place within
society. Through these laws proper legal structure has been created which makes
various issues to be deal in more effective way. As per the legal system of UK these
laws has made creation over different legislation formed more effectively. Thus civil
and criminal law makes various kinds of legislation formed with better stability.
Explanation of the role of the following Courts in the English Legal
system
a) High Court:
The court is an important part of legal system which makes cases to be
handled in more effective way. It makes cases from lower court transferred to high
court making better decisions taken if any decision passed by lower courts are
infringing any law which has been formed in UK. These courts has been given
various functions which are based upon forming rules for guiding lower courts in
more effective way. Also, the courts hold responsibility to thrash judgment passed by
lower courts which makes issues solved in more effective. In this all kinds of trials
and proceedings take place more effectively. High court forms proper legal structure
in more effective way making justice formed in more effective way.

b) Supreme Court:
It is highest court of appeal which is formed to deal with cases making
challenges handled with high court's decision. As per the functions of the court
appeals transferred from high court is handled in more effective way. All kinds of
responsibilities and functions are performed in more effective way. The main
responsibility of court is based over protection of fundamental rights which provides
justice in various cases existing within court. Supreme Court work with common law
making principles to be protected in any manner. This makes legal system protected
through creating innovation within legal proceedings.
Part 2: Source of law
Explanation of Case Law as a source of laws
Case law are those important sources that is used upon making law
developed in more effective manner. Through case law critical situation is handled
which has taken place within country like UK(Tarwater and Lenow, 2021). It has
been used in order to make new laws created over dealing with rare situations taking
place within society. This helps over making court handle various situation which are
creating relevance over handling cases of rare nature. They play important for
making laws handled in more effective way. In United Kingdom common law
principles are used which makes facts and situations of particular case studied more
effectively.
Explanation of the process of making Legislation
Legislation is an important perspective which makes permanent law formed in
more effective way. In this nature of laws are handled in more effective way helping
in applying legal elements needed to protect society. These legislation made legal
system created of United Kingdom allowing law formed in more effective manner.
This is used in order to develop laws and rules by following three reading process.
In this process first stage only bill is presented by the government within parliament.

Delegated legislation means those powers which has been given to an sub

more effective way. For example judiciary forms committees in order to deal with
critical situation more effectively.
Part 3: UK law making process: Employment Law
Employment laws are those laws which are formed in order to handle certain
aspects making issues related over employees solved with effectiveness(Zwitter,
2019). There are two main aspects of employment law explained as follows:
Statutory Duties of Employers to their employees
Employers within an organization is responsible over performing various
duties towards employer which are paying wages on time, taking care of health and
security of employees. Then employees should work without getting exploited. There
antecedence should be maintained properly.
Wrongful Dismissal and Unfair Dismissal Actions
These are covered within Employees right Act 1995 that deals over unfair
dismissal which takes place when violation of business ethics and standards are not
done by employee then only case is solved effectively.
