INTRODUCTION
Travel and tourism refers to the activities of respective travelling to and staying in places

other function. Tourism sector can be seen as on of the key industries in the world which make
10% contribution in global economic system in addition to employment (Becker, 2016). To
operate in this sector there are various legislation and regulatory frame work are also followed by
the organisations. This assignment is based on Easy Travel Ltd which operate its business in UK
and numerous cities in Western Europe. This report will deal about legal and regulatory
framework, different laws affiliated to health, safety and security and user security statute law in
tourism sector. Further, will, explain about ethical quandary featured by travel and tourism sector
and firm obligation policy of a particular travel and tourism business concern.

1.1 Explain the legal and regulatory framework of the travel and tourism sector
The tourism sector and legislation are affiliated to each other in various manners. If a
business organisation operate its business in travels and tourism industries, there are different
organization concerned in this sphere such as businessperson, target audiences, contractors and
others. When these function act between one another, the role of legislations become more
important. For example, Easy Travel Ltd is a travel company which serves travelling services to
its consumers that fails under the legitimate and regulative structure of legislation in context of
components that consisted inn it like behaviour of potential client, hospitality and quality of
services. Travel and tourism sector is growing business and it include various laws and
regulation related to tourism which are mentioned as under:
Development of Tourism 1969- This legal document was constituted by British Tourist
Authority and Tourist Boards fro England with the purpose of making development in tourism in
term of new hotel and the expansion, modification and betterment of existent hotels. This law
basically concentrates on the tourism firms to monitor that they are work according to British
tourist Authorities.
