1.1 Framework of the travel and tourism
sector
Legal framework is the system which consists the rules and
regulations which govern and regulate on the some
constraints , laws , agreement etc. Tourism sector is widely
spread day by day so it is large economic sector today.
This always different according the different countries. This
is also consist of industrial specific laws and there is various
international rules.
Tourism act for the development in 1969 is laid down
various constraints and rules for the tourism sector. This is
follow by the United Kingdom. British tourist authority ,
England tourist boards, Scotland and wale's also uses this
act.

All the countries have different laws and regulations
according to their sector. Various laws are as under : first is
protection of client from unfair trading regulation 2008
which helps the client from the any unfair, misleading and
unfair commercial practices.
Second is legislation for safety which consist main goal is to
keep safe client from the risk at the work area laws which
impose both worker and workers. Licensing at 2003 act
provides because for the alcohol premises.
Sexual offence act is prohibited like sex racket ,child abuse
etc. On according to HSE which is also called health and
safety at work act 1974.

1.2 Surface , sea and air transport law in relation
to carriage of passengers within the legal and
regulatory framework
 Sea and waterways constraints for the passengers rights consisting regulation
number 117.7/2010 who travel via water and inland water ways this is only apply
when the passengers are going for the travelling.
 Through the boat services the point of the embankment is in the territory of a
member state. Using cruise when the point of embankment is situated same as
the member of the state.
 EU constraints not useful when the passengers are travelling through the ship
which is certified to carry 12 passengers and crew of the ship which is
responsible to operate the ship.
 Air transport constraints consists Warsaw convention 1929 ,Montreal conference
1999 and denied boarding compensation scheme 1997.
 Warsaw convention 1929 include some constraints which in first is international
carriage is defined under the convention.

 The passengers are secure when they use air transport.
When any person is injured ,damage and any death then the
passenger is responsible for claiming the compensation for
his/her loss.
Passengers have the obligation for to carry the tickets while
travelling. The Warsaw convention 1929 is replaced by the
Montreal conference 1999 which came on the November 4 ,
2003. This is legal system for the single piece.
On according to denied boarding schemes 1997 is
responsible for to secure the passengers and also raise the
standards of the passengers which uses the transport via air.
