option that results in meting their leisure and luxurious need. Therefore, it results
in developing and enhancing the travel and tourism industry that directly
contribute in growing the economy. The present presentation mainly focuses on
the different legislation and legal regulatory framework that operates within the
travel and tourism sector.

• Legal and regulatory framework means which is consists of knowledge about the legal
and regulatory framework of that particular country. It is governed by acts of parliament.
The key aim of legal and regulatory framework of travel and tourism is to promote its
travel business so that it may increases the value of tourism within UK region. It is a
legal system which involves rules and regulations that mainly governs rules related with
the decision making, agreements and laws etc.
