INTRODUCTION
Any organization is conduct the business at larger level which requires a proper
application of government rules and regulations for eradicate problems. This help to assist the
customers interest towards company and interest. The present study is based on the “TUI” which
is travel and tourism sector in UK and its deals in Charter and passenger airline as well as
holiday packages. This will explaining regulatory framework for travel and tourism sector. The
study will describe sea, surface and air transport laws which are related to the carriage of
passenger within the legal aspects. In order to protect customers and their interest it is important
to know principles of health, safety and security legislation on the travel sector as well as
analysis the quality of work. This report will explain the contract legislation in relation to travel
sector as well as consumer protection act. The unethical and ethical issues are created the biggest
scenario for business for that this report will analysis the ethical dilemmas faced by sector and
corporate social responsibility policy of business.

data and informations are should not be disclosed in front of any people otherwise that create the
biggest issues for owner and industry. For example: if TUI organization have ample numbers of
customers data which is disclosed in that case, those data misused by others for attract their
customers. This creates negative image in customers and that impact negatively travel and
tourism company and industry. So that, here is important to prevent personal data of customers

Health and safety act 2015 and 2019
Health and safety act plays an important role in travel sector in that customers and
employees are move from one to another place for holidays. The Health and Safety at Work
Act etc (HSWA) has been part of the UK legal system since 2015 and 2019. For example: their

employee is leave for journey to keep their customers guidances. At the same, accident and
others issues are created and employee injured. In that case, company and sector have to provide
proper safety to employee and compensation against of injury. This impact in negative manner

because this creates negative image in customer and employees mind. Then it is leads customer
and employee to switch to other organization.

possible options and opportunity in order to resolve the situation in the ethically acceptable.
There are different types of ethical issues faced by company from their employment, investment,
advertising and international ethics. Those descriptions are as follows:
A business ethics plays an important for travel and tourism sector. This is very important
for business to keep ethics at TUI workplace and industry. Ethics is generally determining by the
ethical behaviour of the organization. In the context of TUI, it had been observed that the few
times, in the hotel and restaurant or journey is using the cheap labours and the resource for

minimizing the cost and nay other unethical behaviour activities which are not appropriate for
the employees and company (Noor and Wibisono, 2016). It is the biggest challenge for the travel
and tourism industry. In that case, company have to describe law and legal aspects at workplace
for survive in market place. Ethics of fair advertisement: The gambling is a considers the unethical behaviour in
travel as well as tourism industry is allowed to company the activity of gambling within
the boundaries of laws and regulations. By using more growth in the customer's
movement, TUI have to concern an ethical area for work. Here, manager is responsible
for develop fair and right advertisement for right promotion of product and facilities. This
is the ethical issue which is faced by TUI at their workplace.
 Ethics in heath and food safety: In this sector health and feed safety is more
considerable for attract more customers in business in effective manner. Unsafe raw
material use in preparing food is unethical behaviour. This created the biggest ethical
issues at the time of journey because it is affect to health of customers. That manager of
TUI have to train their chef with new trends which are happens in marketplace for
preparing food in proper manner (Paraskou and George, 2017).
4.2 Analysing CSR
CSR is playing an essential role in tourism sector, there is company need to take their
responsibility for produce their actions and contribute for develop sustainability of business. This
is effective to concerns about the work and for workplace in effective manner. For example: TUI
hotel and travel agency operating in hospitality sector. This has aim to deliver the luxury and
better services to customers in proper manner.
 As per the corporate social responsibility, the hotel and traveller emphasize clarify the
social facts in which it that involves all the managers are tries to provide the best
customers services by using effective and proper products and services provisions. The
social factor is highly considerable in the business and its growth factors because they
consider in proper manner (Corporate Social Responsibility in the Tourism Industry,
2018).
 Through the, CSR policy hotel and travel manager have to create the positive workplace
and journey. This is the best way to create positive and discipline workplace

environment. By these employees are interacted properly with other employees and
customers.
 This industry is severing economic benefits to the nations which is being and effective
important for business. In order to increase productivity ad performance of TUI, here is
important to provide equal opportunity to every employee either they are male or female.
This make proper focus on the environmental protection because it is the main purpose to
emphasis on utilizing proper resource of energy and work.

important role in the industry in order to provide proper and effective outcome of work and
eradicate problems. The report had been explaining by international air transportation and health
& safety commission act has important to concerns in industry. There have explained the laws
related to surface, sea and air transportation which has includes under a road act. It had been
concluded that the principles of health and safety & equality has impact to industry because it
has very important to provide safe working environment and equal treatment to employee. The
contract law had been played an important role in industry it had been signed between traders
and customer against services or payment. Consumer protection had important to concerns in the
industry because personal data and misleading from employer side has affect to business and
industry. The industry had been faced ethical dilemmas related to advertisement, environment
and economic. It had been concluded that CSR policy has important for hotels and traveller in
order to consider discipline at workplace.
