The hospitality industry and tourism industry are both related to each other through different
aspects. The industries mainly focus on customer demand and orientation towards the travel and
tourism concept to experience and undertake the service for short span. The travel destinations
choose by customers may be international or domestic. The sector has been regulated by several
services in both industries. The importance of CSR in travel and tourism industry is established
to undertake the organisational approach. The legislation and ethics of travel and tourism
industry is to involve the company for society welfare.
