INTRODUCTION
Lesson planning is the activity which the teacher outlines the resources or information
that can be used in preparing the lesson for students. A lesson plan is detailed within the
description of instructional strategies and many learning activities to be perform during the
teaching and learning process. It helps teachers to perform efficiently in classroom so that
learners can completely engaged with the lesson (Ellano, 2019). This report will examine about
aim and characteristic of the lesson planning and learning styles and taxonomies within the
lesson plan inclusive. Along with this how the effective lesson plans being prepared and
incorporate learning styles and teaching lesson plans design. While also discuss about meet
individual need of learners and achievement for progress and also other for providing feedback
to inform lesson planning. This report also examines about definition about assessment and
evaluation and also discuss the assessment and evaluation term and use of differentiated
assessment for incorporating the individual need of learners. It also covers the analysis of
assessment and evaluation results that can be used to inform the lesson planning.

1.1 Aim of lesson planning
Aim of lesson planning is usually a thought to surround the lesson as whole. The lesson planning
method is use by the teacher for accomplishing the specific courses and subjects from which a
singular understudy have the option to comprehend point in efficient manner. Indeed, there are
many classes and courses given by the instructor to get their points (Pratiwi, Susilo and Rohma).
Teachers have a point where they need that their students can have the option to take on the
information and course from which they can fill more in their future presence. The primary point
is giving gritty and esteemed information to the learners who expects educator to zero in the
objectives and plans to provide the viable courses. In other words with the lesson plan teachers
aims that their learners have good knowledge in the end of lesson.
1.2 Characteristics of an effective lesson plan
An effective lesson plan consists of all the information which can easily be understand by
the learner. It is important to consider the factor as how good lesson plan organize within the
concept that being with little time but having good lesson planning can help them to save time

for creating interesting and also it keeps the students engaged with the topic. Lesson planning
helps in clarifying the transitions also to allows the teachers to reflects so that it gives the
productive result.
A distinct form- This keep lesson clearly and marked the parts. It is not important for collecting
the unconnected facts but orderly keep the development of information which being
systematized. In every fact must be reason for that place and must have the distinct place in the
scheme.
Unity of the idea- The lesson must have clearly realized aim and shows the central lines or axis
with having progressive thoughts and facts (Bleach). There is no mudding up with having several
views and same subjects for having arranged but not only having every point within the meaning.
Harmony effect- Everything that keeps with having general design and that might be agreement
with the style. Along with this mode of presentment is consistent throughout which is suited and
which has to be taught. The facts that are put forwards is striking and possible in systematic
manner but are kept strictly within their limits of truth.
