Introduction
• The lessons leant report discusses about the learning outcomes of
the course related to project management. There is also discussion
of the framework related to project management. Various issues are
also discussed in this section which is learnt from the project
management course. Apart from all this, improvement strategies are

Conclusion
• It is concluded that thinking about the lessons learned helps me to
identify my issues while conducting work in the project plan. It helps
me to provide likelihood of achievement of the work. There is proper
allocation of the project resources to each activities of the project.

project.
