The concept of team work is very much essential in the learning process.
There are different types of people which involve in the process of learning.
The superior people should always train the junior people so that they can enhance
Their skills. The major roles in this sector are:
 Leaning with a motive
 Learning with intention
 Learning for a goal
 Learning through practise.
 Learning while implementing.

Sector
The main learning should be consist of the different sectors which mainly
involve activity which would be enhancing the skills and the approach
towards different activity.
There can be two sector of learning for short gaol and learning for long
term goals

Time management can be considered one of the vital aspect in the

phase of learning. It can be stated here that the time can be very much
precious
which directly decides the different phases of learning.

Lessons Learnt process

Level 1: IDENTIFY
The main process which is seen in the stage one relates to the
identification of the process which could be implemented in the future.
The main benefit of the identification of the process can be
related to the improvement in the standard of working and better
quality.

Level 2: DOCUMENT
The second stage can be related to the aspect of documenting the
finding. There are few steps which are involved into the process which
are:
 Finding
 Gathering of information
 How it can be beneficial
 Where to implement it.

Level 3: ANALYZE
The main sector is to analyse the identified process and take into
consideration how they can be beneficial in the process of project
management.
The main benefit which can be seen in the process is the alteration of
the process of implementation within the framework of the
implementation.

Level 4: STORE
The process or the aspects which are identified can be stored in the form
of documentation so that it can be implemented in the near future.
The main aspect which can be taken into consideration is how the
process would be beneficial in the next project.

Level 5: RETRIVE
The sector of Retrieve mainly involve the implementation of the process
and how they can be implemented into the framework of another
business process or project.
The main benefit is seen in the improvement of the process of the new
project.

Error in Learning
The main error which are seen in the sector of the learning in the project
are stated below:
 Overestimation of time.
 Overestimation of budget.
 Framework does not fit the working.
 Lack of expertise in the process.

There should be few question which should be asked by the Facilitator
which should include.
 What went wrong

 What needs to be improved.

Leadership Quality
The leader should be the main person who would be playing a role in the
sector of learning. Few of the point which should be taken into
consideration in the sector of the learning are as following.
 Helping other to learn
 Imparting knowledge to the junior people
 Helping to improve skills
 Learning with implementation.

Improve listening skills
The listening skills can be considered very much important. This is due
to the factor that it would be helping to improve the skills by means of
