1. INTRODUCTION This document will be emphasizing on the factors associated with the lessons learnt throughout the PM2008 course and the attempts those could possibly be improved through the adoption of certain strategies. Every week was a new development and achievement for me in adhering the knowledge and skills towards the project management approaches. I have reflected on the three lessons learnt using the following framework as mentioned in this document. 2A. When the strategy will be implemented The specific improvement strategy is to make sure that every concerning aspect is being documented and recorded I would know the strategy was working as it will assure the availability of exact information that could be utilized for further processing of the regular activities This strategy is achievable for me because it is easy for me to collect and store the information related to the main objectives and points This strategy is relevant to lesson 1 as it will leverage of collecting and executing the information accordingly I will implement this strategy by next week 4.1 LESSON 2 1. CONCLUSION I gained the knowledge and skills related to the project management aspects and analyses the efficiency and effectiveness of the project management delivery in the professional and personal lives.
