Purpose of lessons learned
• Held at the project closure phase
• Findings of lessons learned are documented with intention of
learning
• Improvement of future project related works

When there is no lessons learnt
library, then the organization is not
used of lessons from the previous
projects, then I am not able to
understand the main activities of the
previous project.

I have a habit to record of
situations which are mainly
failure into the project. I had
started to include of situations
into the project management
areas such as occupational
safety.
From the risk situation, I learned
to manage the risks. I learned to

using risk assessment methods.
At first, I analyzed the causes of
the possible risks, then analyze
its impact on project and finally
mitigate those risks from the
project for its success.
