Introduction I have learnt the various aspects related to the project management and identified that it is a set of practices those can lead to the accomplishment of the successful project delivery or any other daily operational activity. The knowledge gained through the course will be helpful in gaining competitive advantages than others and accomplish the daily operational activities or project activities in an efficient and effective manner. I learnt how to set SMART objectives those could effectively led to the accomplishment of the objectives and goals of the project. I learnt about the various tools and techniques those can allow managing the constraint of the projects and how those could be applied in different sectors other than certain projects
