Introduction
 The project initiation and planning that was covered from week 1 to
week 12
 The lessons learned were skills, processes, human resource
management, procurement management and project manager
behavior in project initiating and planning process.
 Improvement on the lesson learnt will be enhanced by learning from
the mistakes done in projects to gain necessary skills and knowledge.

how I planned to gather and document lessons
learnt
 I planned to gather lessons learnt from the lecture notes and other
secondary data sources from week 1 to week 12 of term 1.
 I planned to involve my fellow students
 I also planned to document the collected information in secondary
storage that is my computer rather than my note book for security
and easy accessibility

what happened
 Identification and collection of the learnt lesson was done during the
course period. That is, from week 1 to week 12
 Brain storming with fellow students and reference from books and
journal was done to collect the information related to the lessons
learnt
 The information was then documented in form of slides for storage
and easy retrieval in the future
