1. INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this report is to reflect on the learning gathered during the course of
PMP2008 and it emphasized that the documentation of the important topics could be
helpful in delivering the future deliveries of the project. This document will be reflecting
on the practices and knowledge gained during this course those have been provided in
this report.

During the week 3 tutorial,
we were being introduced
with the factors associated
with the project charter, and I
was introduced with many
points those can be difficult
for me to keep reminding all
the factors without any

project initiation and planning
This was little frustrating for
me as I was not able to
proceed the future task
without looking to the lecture
notes. It could not be good for
me and my team with whom I
was about to be working in
future.
