INTRODUCTION
Academic talents are those that are required to increase a person's learning abilities.
Employability skills, on the other hand, are those that assist a person in identifying work
opportunities. There are a variety of employability and employability skills that may help a
person become more efficient and enhance their academic performance. Motivation,
communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution are examples of employability skills.
Academic talents include writing and presenting abilities, which aid in learning and assist an
individual get excellent marks (Crisp and Oliver, 2019). The learning of academic skills and the
employability skills module are discussed in this project report. This discussion covers the
development and learning of many job and academic abilities. Work skills are those that aid in
identifying a person's employment opportunities. While learning new things, a person develops a
variety of talents. This project report also discusses the challenges of completing these courses
and the techniques that should be used to overcome them.

Modules for learning
This subject focuses on both academic and employability abilities. In this module, I
discovered a variety of new things that have improved my knowledge and learning. This
information and study have helped me to achieve high marks and open doors in the future. This
has taught me what academic talents are and how important they are in life. I also learnt about
employability skills and their usefulness in obtaining a job. Skills and knowledge are vital for a
person since they increase their quality of life and work efficiency by presenting them with
numerous options in life.
Academic skills: They are a group of study abilities that include time management, learning,
and ways for improving a person's learning. Academic skills are crucial for pupils since they aid
in the development of their learning abilities (Bos, Miller and Bull, 2021). It also enhances a
person's confidence, allowing them to address questions in class without fear. It increases a
person's writing capabilities, allowing them to learn and get more knowledge. I've learnt about
academic talents and the value of them in obtaining opportunities in life. I also studied how these
abilities may assist a person become a better student and obtain access to other opportunities in
life.
