INTRODUCTION
Academic session is one of the most important thing for every learner which allow them to
develop employability skills and help them to be become stable in career process. Employability
skills play vital role which include communication skills, active listing skills, team working and
problem solving skills (Nisha and Rajasekaran, 2018). These basic skills allow leaner to becomes
suitable for the process of employment. This report will discuss description and feelings which
learner have experienced in module which they have attended. later this report will provide clear
understanding of key skills learned in the weeks. At last this report will discuss skills developed
through this module.
MAIN BODY
Week 1: Accessing information and studying at university:
During this module, I have learned about information system and accessing this
information with IT system of the university. I have developed ability to use IT system which
include; using hardware, Wi-Fi, email and other software, I have sharpened by skills and ability
to become expert in IT area. Later in next session, I have developed effective study habit at the
university which allow me to build time management skills, during university session, I have
explored different area of development. During week 1: I have acquired certain skills which
allowed me to be better in academic and in employability process, during first session, I have
developed IT skills which help me to use IT systems of the university (Chang, 2019). Later in
next session, I have acquired time management skills that help me to manage my time and
studies. both session in week 1 helped me to craft certain new skills and helped me to sharpen
my internal skills as well.
During week 1, I have encounter certain difficulties which impacted my learning process,
in session where was no mentor who guide me to use IT system, I alone manage to develop IT
skills which was not very effective for me because I could have done better if there was
mentorship. In next session, I faced difficulties while studying in the university, because of poor
time management, I have missed some important points which I think was necessary for me to
learn. I have faced certain difficulties in week 1 where I was unable to learn IT skills effective
because there was no mentor, but I somehow manage to overcome this difficulty. I took help
from my friends who are expert in IT and have ability to mentor me throughout the process. In
