Introduction
Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) is the basic framework for building
websites since the inception of Web. HTML5 is the latest version of this language comprising
of many new elements along with some of the vital extensions of the available older versions.
Two new changes in the latest version are its wide range of elements and its supportive
framework for multimedia content by making use of application programming interfaces
(APIs). Cascading Style Sheets or CSS are used in the process of web site designing to make
these flexible as well as scalable. It provides the user with feature to separate out the content
of the website from that of its layout. The report will be discussing on the process involved in
developing a website for an online Library using HTML5 and CSS.

The purpose of this online library will be providing references to its users.
