Life of Jesus2 Jesus Christ is a very unique and extraordinary creature who has lived on earth from heaven. The life of Jesus starts at the heaven where He was recognized as the first born of God. Later on, the life of Jesus was transferred from heaven to the earth through the Holy Spirit. Through the book of John one of the books which talk about Jesus life, it describes many characters of Jesus, how they helped him to relate with the situation on earth including people and the purpose of those characters. Jesus possessed many characters which were helpful to the people. As quoted in the Bible John 14:6, “I am the way, the truth, and the life; no man cometh unto the Father, but by me," therefore concluding that the character of Jesus is real and well resembled the way to the Father. These includes: Faithful. This character can be described as the action of performing and believing unseen actions which will be right through the spirit. Jesus Christ was faithful in all activities He was acting like miracles to humankind since he believed God would provide him with power. For example, Jesus He had that he will manage to work on water in front of his disciples and He did so successfully (Helle, 2018). The purpose of this character is to indicate that Christians through disciples needs strong faith while performing and believing Gods actions on earth. Prayerful. This is the means of communication between the human begin and heavenly father. Jesus was prayerful in his life. For example, when Jesus was experiencing death trial here on earth, he prayed a lot until the final moment on the cross. This is a compelling character to all Christians since it teaches us that we should pray all times seeking God's favor (Kocsis, 2018). Wise. Is the way of dealing with situations and solving them using smart way. Jesus acted wisely in several incidents like when The Devil tempted him. Jesus used to quote Bible
Life of Jesus3 verse to conquer the devil’s temptations (Ratzinger, 2018). Jesus was trying to teach that we are supposed to use God’s knowledge while solving hard situations in life. Therefore, it is possible to increase our wisdom through reading and to analyzing the bible scriptures. Humble.Jesus was a very ordinary human being despite his supreme origin, heaven. John 6:38 indicated the humbleness of Jesus since it says that, "for I come down from the heaven, not to do own mine will, but the will of him that sent me." This indicates a good lesson while interacting with others, and we should be humble while saying and acting and God himself will bless us. Also, being humble suggests that we have the trust and humility in God's plan. Mercy and loving. This is the act of showing that you feel for others. Jesus showed compassion and love to the people. For example, he loves his relative like Mary, Mother, and Lazarus since he used to visit them regularly. Afterward, after the death of Lazarus Jesus friend, He went to their home and mourn together with them, expressing how he loved them until hard situation and showing them through comforting (Nicolaides, 2018). The result was positive since Lazarus was resurrected and all become happy. The lesson here was, we should symphyses, show love and mercy amongst ourselves.
