INTRODUCTION Listening challenge is an inability of the listener to gain the proper details about the contributingfactors this is generally because of their limited vocabulary, background issues of continuous noise, lack of knowledge about that topic and many more. It is important for all the students to have good listening skills. This topic will provide the issues and the challenges which are being faced in all the listening challenges and the reason behind all such inabilities(Pamela, 2017),This essay will cover five listening challenges and also the five important strategies which are being taken in order to improve the listening skills of students. MAIN BODY It is important to have listening skills in all the students as it helps out to manage the proper communication. As a student needs to have better skills of listening, reading, writing and ,any more. Their is being served that there are some challenges which are being seen in all the listening areas as some of themajor issues which are seen in the listening challenges are like,Firstly,False start and repetitions,it is when the individual who is trying to make the communication with the student at that timer they try to interact with repetitive words. As when the communication is being made with an false start for an instance, a student in spite of giving the actual details about the topic is generally providing all the false and the irrelevant topic which are of no use this use to create a issue of listening challenge. It make the student to be a bit confused about the communication or the information which is been given to them. It creates a confusion in the mind of student about the relevancy and the importance of topic and also make it difficult to reframe the actual information passed(Brown, 2018). Secondly,Abbreviations and acronymsas usually in order to save time and also to completethecommunicationearlierpeoplegenerallyusesAbbreviationswhichisnot understandable for all the students. In listening it is important to have a clear and proper words to be used which will make the student or the student to easily understand about the ideas of working. Their is been seen that the use of all the Abbreviations and acronyms creates a big confusion in the mind of the students as they are not being able to know about the meaning and the full form of all such abbreviations and which made it difficult for them to connect the whole sentence and also t listen what the teachers or the other mentors are saying. This make the
listening challenge more hard then before and also generate false information to be created in the mind. Thirdly,Long sentences with different and numerous items,is also a issue for the listening challenge as long run of sentences creates a pile up of information. It is important to create and use all the clauses and the stops as in regard to make it clear for the student about the completionofthesentences.Theselongsentencesmakethestudentunawareaboutthe information which is being given to them and also will not able to identify the important part. This will create a major listening challenge as if when the student gets so many numerous words and sentences use create a difficulty in understanding all of them with complete accuracy. Fourthly,Technical termsit includes all such termswhich are difficult to manage, pronounce and understand., when any of the important information is being given to the student he/she can only manage to have the proper listening skills if the words used by them are easy. The technical terms use to make the students confused as they were at times not are about all such words and it will be difficult to spell and understand for an instance, thrombolysis as it is quiet challenging to spell and understand all such words. This make the listening challenge to be arises because of the use of technical words(Sherstad, 2019). Lastly,Unnecessary wordsthese includes all the irrelevant, immaterial and inapplicable words which are being used by the student while communicating. This create a listening barrier in between the student and the teacher or mentors. As they will not be able to analyse the actual meaning of the information which is being given to the, and also create a listening challenge. Thus, all these creates a major listening challenging for the students in their due course of learning. Strategies which can be used by teachers in order to help students in improvising their listening skills are like, FirstlyTake notesall the teachers should make their student to learn a habit in which they opt to make notes on all the information which are being served to them. As student should try to maintain key and important notes while listening to the teachers about the guidance and the information provided. This will help the student yo recall all the important information which is being given to them and ado make it easy to gain and listen properly without forgetting the important information(Sahay, 2021). Secondly,Active listeningwhich is the most important part of all the listening challenge. As for all the student it is important to listen to their teachers and the guides while they were

Fourthly,Listen for detailsit includes that the teachers should make their students know about the methods through which they can manage and gain interest in order to know the details and the points which are covered by them. It is difficult to make the students engage in the communication when the teacher are giving lectures and they are generally listening so they should try to create an environment through which the student gain interest and listen to all the details which are being provided by them. This will help them out to overcome all the listening challenges and also to manage and maintain the a better listening for future. Lastly,know the context and be preparedit considers to be the most impactful and the helpful method. As teachers can make their student to know about the topic on which they are going to give the lectures a day before it is being made. They should also guide them and ask them to take the overview regarding that topic so as to maintain and having a brief idea about the topic and its important elements. This will help to improvise the listening skills of the students and also manage the work to be done in better way(Avendaño-Garro, 2021).The student there by not going to face any kind of listening challenge and can easily opt and manage the work through which all requirement scan be framed. Students when are aware about the topic will take the interest and also will not face any kind of listening challenges.
Thus, all these will help out to manage and remove the listening challenges from the students. CONCLUSION From this above essay it is concluded that listening challenge is the difficulty which is mostly been seen in the students as when they were not being able to understand the whole topic. This usually being created by the long sentences which are used by the teachers or any person. Repetitive words which are being used as that creates a confusion and alsoAbbreviations and acronyms which are confusing for so many students and make them face the listening challenge. Further more it is also concluded that strategies which can be used by the teachers in order to remove the listening challenges are like, active listening, take notes, listen for gist and many more.
