INTRODUCTION
Skills are defined as the expertise or talent that is required to perform job related task
in efficient manner. There are various types of skills that plays important role in
getting success in different field such as school, workplace and sports.
Skills or competencies makes an individual confident to perform in well-defined
manner and achieve determined goals and objectives

Skills
 Communication skills: Communication skills are defined as the ability
of an person that is related to providing and receiving different kind of
information from others.
 Listening skills: Listening skills are defined as the ability to accurately
receive as well as interpret the message that is communicates in
communication process.
 Questioning skills: Question skill is defined as the important aspect that
plays important role in learning of students. It is related to the ability to
ask question from student for assessing their learning.

Gibbs Reflective model
 Gibbs model is the reflective framework which was introduced by the
Graham Gibbs in the year of 1988 in order to structuring learning that
is gained from various experiences.
 Description: There are various activities such as project, assignment
and preparing presentations are organised by the educational institute
to enhance student learning and skills of students.
 Feeling: In the starting stage of the assignment, we are quite excited
and happy to complete assignment on time with efficient manner as we
divided task among all partners smartly.

 Evaluation: There are various situations or conditions are raised
during the Preparing of assignment that reflected that some
things were goes with planning or some things went against the
planning.
 Analysis: During the process of preparing assignment, I have
analysed that all group members perform their task efficiently
because they have allotted work according to their skills
competency interest areas.

 Conclusion: in the whole process of completing project, we have learnt various
skills such as effective communication skill, listening skills and question skills
that improves our self-confidence and leading whole team efforts toward
attainment determined goals and objectives inefficient manner
 Action Plan: There is systematic action plan is developed by me that lead our
activities in right direction and to enhances various skills in our personality that
help us to complete academic work with great efficiency.

Conclusion
As per the above report it can be concluded that having skill is the very important for an
individual to perform determined operations and activities on time. Communication skills
include effective writing listening reading and various other that in able and person to
convey their point of view to others. Asking systematic and simple questions to others
helps to gain information to complete assignment on time with great effectiveness.
