Using technical jargons is One of the major reasons and values of listening skills. Where in the
listener don’t understand the real motive or misinterprets there actual communication message.
Using technical terminologies also gets to professional, where the listener might also hesitate to
communicate further and also makes him or her this interested towards making further
communication. The sender of the message should always try to use simple words which is
easily understood by each and everyone. Avoiding technical terms is the best remedy measure in
order to reduce listening skills challenges (Muller, 2015).

choose any student respond to the questions and explain the overall concept taught by the
teacher. Make students clearly listen and understand each and everything so that there are able to
answer all the queries raised by the teachers (Suleman, 2018).
