INTRODUCTION
Literature review is referred as survey of sources through scholars on a particular topic
and study. It gives an overview of present knowledge and data, allows researcher in determining
accurate theories and gaps in the present research. Basically it involves some stages like
researcher searches apt literature, evaluates different sources, identifies gaps, debates and
themes, outlines the structure and writes literature review. A good literature reviews do not
conclude sources as it focuses on analysing, synthesising and evaluating for giving a clear
picture of the stage of knowledge on the particular study. The different sources which are
considered by researcher while taking out relevant information are reputed newspapers,
magazines, articles, journals and many more. This research is conducted by researcher because it
puts light on that teachers seem disinterested for teaching religious education and it is important
because teachers do not show motivateon in teaching religious education even they do work in
Catholic School. This research is also important because it defines the factors that influences the
faith formation of teachers that have on students while learning education related to religion.

What influence does the teacher’s faith formation have on students’ learning in Religious
Education?
According to Madero (2021), their article assists in examining perceptions of Scottish
Catholic school managers of CPD that is continuing professional development and in specific
views of continuing professional development for the motive of catholic teacher’s faith
formation in their schools. It has set background against the major continuing professional
development reforms that are major in nature that are presently have taken place in Scotland as

teachers that are at high position. Religious education is that area which is very demanding in
pedagogical education because there are no universal methods for systematically inserting
principles that are religious in nature in the education of children. Religious education aims to

has made an axis for the system of education made by the educationalists that are great. In
respect of achieving the fulfilment of the education process that is religious with its various
concepts that are fundamental, the Christian teachers must have knowledge in-depth regarding
national culture. At the context of present day, the Christian teachers considers few important
aspects while educational act. The teacher develops the discipline, research, order and analysis
spirit in the mind and soul of children. The second is opposite of European culture, the Christian
teachers affirm the presence of the Spirit at every level. They are responsible for laying emphasis
on the spirit's presence not only in Church but in the whole cosmos, thus putting end to the
spirituality, morally and ecologically degradation of the world all live in. In order of religion, the
Christian teacher is bounded for overcoming the opposite views of a world in transforming that
are perpetual in the procedure of learning and teaching, in respect of giving students the chance
of integration in a society that is moving towards scientific, moral and spiritual evolution. By
religious education the schools assists in leading a sound and safe manner for students for
mastering and acquiring theological knowledge and provide them the possibility for developing
characters that are strong and traits through spiritually and morally which fortify conscience of
duty for god. It assisted in increasing acknowledged that for persons for participating in a
democratic and pluralistic society, they have to understand religious difference and conviction.
