EARLY CHILDHOOD PRACTICEAccording to Escayg, (2017), early childhood practice is considered as practice that allowsto ensure that better protection is being offered to child. There are number of practices which arebeing employed by the experts and professionals in order to have sustainable practice. Inaddition to this, Smith, Campbell and Alexander (2017) has stated that leadership is consideredas a significant factor that allows to have better information in regard to day to day pedagogyand management. It means the workplace practice at early childhood care centres can beadvanced significantly. With an improved focus on the leadership and management practice thebusiness entity provides an orientation to the various contextual dimensions of early childhoodleadership. Black (2017) has contended that there are number of aspects that need to be referredproperly in order to have continuous development. Classification of factors can be as childhoodpolicy, legislative frameworks, quality standards, advocacy, governance and pedagogy. Byhaving an improved focus on such values the issues in terms of childhood care can be resolved.It also improves the social justice valuation so that long term sustainability can be attained. Efevbera (2017) has said that the key issue in terms of advocacy and activism within earlychildhood practice is due to political advocacy by early childhood educators. In addition to this,it can be said that early childhood education is referred as aspect which has recently talked morein the media. Number of policies are being transformed in order to address the issue and ensurethat proper protection is being provided to child. It has enhanced the level of motivation amongteachers. Pianta (2015) has argued that number of professionals are focusing on improvement inskills in significant manner so that better participation can be taken into account in terms of earlychildhood. In recent years the policies are being continuously having transformation which hasincreased the political advocacy in the practice. Such kind of elements has also affected the keymotive behind the practice and its purpose. However, child care practitioner are more focusedtowards standards improvement so that secure environment can be offered to child. Lee, Yeung,Tracey and Barker (2015) has concluded that politician participants in the policy formation isaffecting the effectiveness of practice. It means the government need to ensure that politicalterms evolvement must be controlled so that long term sustainability can be developed. ECECsector participants believed politicians to be influenced on visionary policy so government alsoneed to focus on such values. 1
