IntroductionWith the globalisation and the 2008 recessions, there have been various changes in the way people think and work. With the recessions slowly going away from the leading economies ofthe World, UK has slowly begun to find its pathway back to benefit. But with the decline in sales as well as a change in how people view housing sector. It is impossible to overlook that housing sector even today faces some basic problems. These problems have been illustrated with details in the following few paragraphs and the necessary changes that can improve the situation are also illustrated below with viable reasons. Main BodyOrganizational management In the aspect of how organisational management is defined in business terms, it is most often linked to companies and large organisations engaged in producing tangible [products or creating services. In the Housing sector as well, it is required that the properties and houses built are fully managed from the decision of creating the house and then building and selling it. There is a need to underpants that in the housing’s organisation management system in the UK are the Association of Residential Lettering Agents which hold members who are part of the community and are wither landlords or tenants and are following the guidelines set by them. It is thus needed to understand that the ARMA is another UK association which handles the leased properties in UK. There are also divisions within the organisations which are usually created by builders and the company[ CITATION Gol04 \l 1033 ].
