LIVESTRONG Navigation

diagonosed with cancer.
 It gives the patients practical,
physical as well as emotional
support.
 Being diagnosed with cancer is

Livestrong walks with the
patients through their journey.
 Assisstance on management of
medical expenses, insurance
challenges, fertility preservation
and treatment options.

LIVESTRONG Fertility
 It provides information on
reproductive ability,
resources and support and
financial aid for cancer
survivors.
 More than 150,000 people
belonging to the reproductive
age group get diagnosed
with cancer.
 Fertile Hope is an organ of
Livestrong Foundation that
provides this support.
 It provides family building
options to cancer survivors.

After Treatment Care
 Livestrong provides step by
step care and support post
cancer treatment.
 There are support groups for
every age group as each
have their own problems,
concerns and mentality.
 The support is given
psychologically, emotionally,
physically as well as
financially.
