Easter leave schedule of April First Week
1 Week Leaves Activities
1st day I started my Easter holiday with morning
exercise and for this I wear digital watch.
2nd Day On my second day of Easter holiday I went for
5D movie show.
3rd Day On third day I worked on laptop and use social
media sites.
4th Day On fourth day of my Easter holiday, I spent my
whole day playing video games with my friend
who have visited to my place.
5th Day I spent my fifth day in cooking my favourite
dishes with the help of microwave, toaster and
other electronic items.
6th Day I felt tired and spent my whole day lying on
bed and spent most of the time playing games
on mobile phones.
7th Day On last day of my holiday, I spent whole day
watching movie on television while sitting in
AC at my place.
From the above prepared schedule, I have mentioned the use of digital technology in day
to day life. My holiday begins with the use of watch while doing my morning exercise in which
various health factors are identified. On 2nd day I watched 5D show that is based upon real life
effect hence, it was a worthful day. I spent 3rd day of my holiday using social sites which was a
good activity as it allows me to be in touch with my knowns. 4th day was full of joy and
entertainment in which I and my friend played video games together. Next day, I engaged myself

in cooking various dishes that give me happiness. I spent my 6th day alone in home playing
mobile games and lying down on bed, which was not good as it do not determine my flexible
behaviour. Individual must adopt adjustable nature in every condition. I spent my 7th day sitting
in home whole day and watching movies that provide me entertainment and relaxation.
Digital technology play a vital role in everyone's life that consist of various effects which
can be positive and negative both (Van House, 2011). For instance, connecting with people on
social sites rather than face to face pose a negative impact. There are several activities that are
performed with the help of digital technologies like watching television, playing video games
and many other. But the addiction for the same is not good as it may cause several health issues
that decline the health of individual (Berry, 2012). Hence, the impacts depend on the utilisation
whether it is done in right way or not. Thus, from the above discussion it has been concluded that
there are various roles that are played by digital technology system consisting of number of
factors that affect the individual in numerous ways. Use of cell phone helps in connecting with
people very easily but overuse of it cause rise of number of issues on the individual
(Buckingham and Willett, 2013).
