LLN Evaluation Form

This form allows for the evaluation of the Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) requirements and support level for a catering assistant job role. It assesses the learning, reading, writing, oral communication, and numeracy skills needed for the role. The form includes examples and comments for each skill level.
