Drax Group is a public limited company that generates electric power and it was founded in
2005. Its headquarter is in Drax, North Yorkshire, England. The products are electrical power
and by-products of power products. In Drax group, the number of employees is 2,558 and its net
income is worth 20.2 million pounds. The key asset of Drax Group is Drax power station. Drax
power station is responsible for providing 12% or renewable power to UK (Cummings and
Worley, 2014). Their business is to enable a zero-carbon and low-cost energy future. The aim of
the company is to be leader in providing power system stability They want to build a long-term
future for biomass as they believe that biomass can deliver carbon-negative dispatchable
renewable energy. In this report, the implications of leading and managing the organizational
resources will in included which are required for introducing new products and services after
adopting emerging technologies. In order to improve the information, analysis will be done for
the integration between management accounting, operation, and leadership (Stewart, 2007). The
theories will be discussed which helps in improving the performance of the business. For the
