Executive Summary:
The aim of the project is top study about the various component involved in the budgeting
process and the various components linked to it. The budgeting process of the local
government was taken taking into consideration for the assignment. Government Budget are
usually affected by external factors, which hampers the operations of the local government or
local authority to work with. The budgeting process of a local government was taken taking
into consideration. The local agency’s sources of revenue and expenditure is discussed.
Finally, the ethical guidelines and principals were discussed in the project.
