Introduction
The report is based on the change plannings that will be organized and implemented
by the Human Resource management of ABC organizations to address the locational shift of
the workplace to South East Calgary. The changes will include the shifting of the office along
with the sifting of 40 employees from the old office in downtown Calgary to the new one.
Summarization of the change
The vision of the organization is to be more productive in nature and employ new
changes that can promote growth. On the other hand, the mission of ABC Corporation is to
be the largest transportation business in Canda in the next 5 years. The major changes that
will be addressed by the organization includes the likes of;
a. Changes in productivity
b. Reduction of employee turnover rate
c. Engagement of the employees
Justification of the force causing the change
The major force that will cause the change includes the likes of;
a. The productive changes will include the increase in the networking
b. The reduction of employee turnover can be managed by hiring the right people and
offering the correct competitive prices
