3 Explain what is meant by: Diversity: Diversity means understanding people and determining our differences. This can be done through race, gender, sexually, age, physically, religious and political beliefs etc. it is the investigationofthesedifferencesinpositiveenvironment. Diversity is all about understanding each other and moving with others to reach the goals of an individual. 1.1.1 Equality: Equality is define as to make sure not treat a person or group of person differently on the basis of their specific characteristics, race, gender, caste, disability, age and sexual orientation. To promote equality remove discrimination in all the areas as victimization is also considered as equality . Inclusion: Inclusion is all about trying positively to meet the needs of people live in different areas and take right action to help in making positive environment so that people feels respect and can achieve their full strength. Describe the potentialeffectsof discrimination If discrimination is feel by an individual then he will be full of stress, low esteem, worry, full of aggression, his behaviour changes according to peoples and if any individual feels it so serious then he may commit suicide also. Their family members are also affected from discrimination, they also feel distress and distrust on services, feels like harassed by someone. They also take some legal action against that person or organization. Another effect of discrimination is on society, general public may feel distrust on the authority, they may starts conflict and call for strikes, procession and can change the whole scenario into worst revolutions. They should take some strict action against them . 1.1.2 Explain how inclusive practice promotes equality and supports diversity Inclusive practice promotes person to get equal opportunities and this promotes diversity. It enhance the user's satisfaction and meet their needs. It also create safe environment for all which reduce personal and financial cost. Inclusive practices help to increase diversity because it accept and welcome all kinds of people in different society. This will help a child and their families in adapting each individual's need. It focus not only in one activity but help to make learn all the people of different caste and religion.
