This creates effectiveness in termsof gaining business goal (Fernie and Sparks, 2014).Improved safety and security The rail services are safer than over-the –truck services. The number of accidents through therail road is lesser than the truck. The rail roads have an outstanding track record of safelytransporting the goods.
