The acts such as anti-discrimination act, gender equality act are one of the mostsignificant legislations that Air New Zealand has to follow while providing services. Afterappointing most of the male employees within the business organization, the business expertshave faced major issues in maintaining their reputation. In addition, Air New Zealand is facingimmense communication problem within the supply chain process (Beske, 2012). Air NewZealand in order to maintain their business in global market has to be dependent on the supplychain agencies.
