INTRODUCTION Nowadays, all the companies makes shift their activities from the traditional methods to digital software. These software helps the companies to integrate all their activities in one place and enables them to perform effectively. In present scenario, new and innovative technology came every day and it become beneficial for company to use updated software because it minimises the cost and maximises the strength of work(Kumar and Anbanandam, 2020). The product which is chosen for the respected SME food manufacturer is Deltek vision. Cloud Erp is an enterprise resource planning which integrates all the activities of the business function of enterprise such as accounting, financial and many more on single platform and helps the business to manage them effectively. This report provides advantages of using cloud erp for procurement sales and manufacturing. It also states the feature ofDeltek solution and evaluation of benefits of accurate data for cloud based erp system TASK 1) Advantages of using an cloud ERP to plan for procurement, sales and manufacturing . Deltek vision is a cloud based system which the company provide to their professional clients to improve their services. This system provides the performance of different business function such as accounting, finance, human resource and data storage in single software. It is required to provide the advantages of this software in relation to sales, procurement and manufacturing of the concerned SME food manufacturing organisation. Competitive advantage :-It is truth that the acquirement of cloud erp required huge capital investment which impact the financial position of the concerned SME food company. The benefits and return provided by this software make it beneficial for the company (Kumar and Anbanandam, 2020). It enables the organisation to manage multiple process in single platforms which reduces the management cost of the organisation. New and advanced technology also attract the customers towards the organisation which helps the company to achieve competitive advantage from the industry.The acquirement of Deltek vision is more convnient than SAGE L50 because of huge capital requirement Improve process efficiency :-The use of cloud erp system enables the concerned food manufactures to perform all their business function in one place which reduces the repetition of
process and also minimise the manual efforts. This not only provided efficiency to the process but also helps them to complete the process without any problem. The system used previous data data and present trends and condition of the market to forecast the sales and revenue of the concerned SME food manufacturing organisation. Department collaboration :-It is not possible for any types of organisation to achieve success if all the departments of their organisation performs their functions separately and without any collaboration and coordination. Cloud erp enables all the departments of the organisation to perform in single software so the chances of non collaboration minimises and the efficiency and accuracy take place in the business. Scalable resource :-One of most important advantage of these cloud erp soft wares is that it grows along with the development of organisation. It is not required for the organisation to acquire new software if their business grows. It is possible only when the organisation chooses the suitable software. Integrated information :-There are bulk of quantity data are present in the organisation in relation to the customers and employees of the organisation.
