This assignment examines the challenges facing upstream supply chains in the Indian healthcare sector. It identifies key factors impacting healthcare logistics, including specifications, delivery timeliness, safety, and equipment misplacement. The research utilizes a positivist approach with a deductive method, employing both primary (survey) and secondary data sources. Findings reveal significant concerns regarding timely deliveries, safety protocols, and equipment management within the Indian healthcare supply chain. Recommendations are provided to address these issues and improve efficiency.
