Recognizing visitors and making them comfortable-
The most important step will be taken to manage visitors and providing better experience
to them is to recognize people first (Trang, Lee and Han, 2019). Without developing
understanding and collecting information about visitors, any firm cannot be able to manage
travellers as they are unable to retain people for long run. To retain potential consumers,
management need to identify their clients and determine their needs as well that is quite essential
and beneficial for popularity of visitor attraction. It is one of the best technique or strategy can be
use in context of managing visitors activities and improving their experience. Every company
has different forms of recognizing people, and they range from hands on and workers intensive,

visitors, management is able to identify travellers needs and then make further plan accordingly.
Environmental education-
Another thing that can be considered as visitors management strategies is environment
education to people or workers who are able to serve better quality services to visitors during
their stay in hotel or other places. Lack of awareness regarding this topic and misunderstanding
of nature conservation by residential people and travellers can cause many issues that affect
visitors tourism. By providing education of environment to local people, it is easy to manage
visitors as they can provide directions where to throw paper and other things after use. These
activities, which combine emotional nature experience and ecological knowledge can broaden
individual mind, create new skills for daily life and promote their sustainable behaviour that is
important. In longer time it may outcome in preventing and preserved nature as well as cultural
heritage as well as other visitors attractions, cleaner environment & sustainably minded person.
Directions template-
Along with above visitors' management strategies, it also plays vital role in managing and
enhancing experience of people during their journey. At times, visitors need medication because
of an emergency, due to being visit in a new place, they often fail to find a medical shop. But
when, hotel management and other visitor attractions management provide a map in which all
the directions of emergency places are clear they can cater the best services. With the help of that

map, Visitor can go to the anywhere they want to and back to the hotel. Directions should be
given to places that which can use used in emergency or for different reasons.

preferences of their visitors and tourists through which they again have an increased positive
experience at the visitor attraction, allowing for the visitor attraction to be able to retain them as
future customers and gain their long term loyalty. Through providing the tourists and visitors
