TITLE:“Lord Mayor Charity Appeal Open Air Music Theatre Event in association with the Samaritans” INTRODUCTION Project management is referred to the usage of specific skills, knowledge, tools and various techniques for they purpose of delivering something of a great value to the world. It encompasses, expectations which are supposed to be met and has a defined schedule, and budget according to which the team work (Armenia and et.al., 2019). Project management also facilitates tracking each and every initiative that a team takes. All this result in smooth functioning and in a great efficiency of the project (Guo and Zhang, 2022). Here, in report project of open air music theatre has been prepared for Lords Mayor Appeal Charity, which aims to make the city better. The report will present the objectives, methodologies, deliverables, stakeholder analysis, risk analysis, breakdown structure and the quality related features. MAIN BODY Project objectives, deliverables and methodologies The music theatre event has been arranged by LMAC in order to raise awareness about “A Better City for All “ , an initiative taken by the charity (Hair and Sarstedt, 2021). During the event the group will be highlighting its key partner “the Samaritans” and will emphasize on making the city better. Here are are main objectives of the event mentioned below: The motive of the event is to make the city a better place to live in. This by the name, itself suggests that the event aim to develop a sense of empathy amongst the people. Its aim is to establish a sense of empathy towards the other people and animals (Tereso and et.al., 2019). It aims to relieve the poverty, protect the environment and the animals. The event is organized in order to gain a strong support from the people. To be able to complete the project within estimated time period.
