INTRODUCTION Consultancy life cycle is a systematic process which consists all those stages which are taken into focus for the purpose of extending consultancy services to the client (Tang, 2019.) The report will be discussing the plan in context to LSST college UK which is one of the leading college of the country and offering science, technology, management and business related courses. Considering self consultancy firm for the college an intensive research will be carried out. The research will be aiming to identify the perils of the institution and substantiate with various source of data. A Set of suggestions to wipe out the problems will also be given to the organization and ensure anticipated progress. At the end of the report key areas with priority will also be intimated to the college so can manage it properly. 1. CONSULTING LIFE CYCLE It is the process carried out by consultants while helping a client during any interventions. This consists of making initial contact with our client and starting to build a relationship of mutual trust and respect. It is just a humble inquiry and guidance in which the consultant works alongside the client to create solutions. The purpose of consultant is not to provide a ready-made solution to its customer but to advance his growth and learning through his process of research (Niemann and Pisla, 2021.) CONSULTANCY CYCLE TABLE- PHASESTEPS Pre-salesPondering over leadership and about the service or product. SalesIn this phase the relevant information will be requested from the client for making sales plan. ResearchHeretheresearchwillbecarriedoutforthepurpose.Datacollection, tabulation, analysis and then reaching to final conclusion will also be done. DeliveryThe required project is planed and delivered. ExitIn this phase the steps are taken back following up the learnings and areas of improvement.
2. PRE-SALES AND SALES This is the stage in which the client and the consultancy firm get interacted very first time. This phase helps in understanding the problem of the issue of the client which the client needs help with (Squires and Markou, 2021.) The role of a consultancy firm is to make the way easier for the client by extending precious plan or project in order to help the client in making the goal come true. As it is already mentioned the role of the consultancy firm is just to pave the way but that does not mean it will provide a fully fledged plan to the client. It is entitled to just perform set of activities in which specialization and experience is needed for purpose of introducing solution. PROBLEM STATEMENT- Over the time LSST, one of the most famous private college of UK. Which was established in 2003 (Passaro, 2020.) and was offering the courses of science and technological streams. But with its market diversification policy it has further introduced new courses as well. Like currently the offered courses consist business and management as well. It is somehow attracting people from different background like- age, nationality, field, financial strength, language, races etc. The client wants solution or such programme which can sort out the problems associated with this mixed population. 3. RESEARCH It is the process carried out by the consultancy firm to know the actual picture. In this process a set of activities are performed for instance research questions, research methods, data collection, data analysis and at the end presentation of final outcomes of the research. This is a hectic process since every and each stage needs too much attentiveness a minute mistake may mislead the consequences or final conclusion. PROBLEMS- People are coming from different backgrounds an age range of the students in from under 20 to over 70 years old (Bechtol, 2019.) A relatively large proportion of the students have a partial barrier to their education, financial, family or domestic in nature. Which is why organization if facing problem in ensuring higher attendance and over the time students had left

the course midst of the session. Along the side it is also found that teaching sessions are getting started at short notice. Another problem which is associated with the first problem traced that the admission team is recruiting the students who can fit to the courses but their personal problems mentioned above are restricting this aim of the organization. Over the time the prestige of the institution in the market is due to their quality education and the educational environment it is offering to its students. MARKET SEGMENTATION- For making the situation receptive the market segment is drawn here- BASES DemographicsAs above said the age is ranging between below 20 to 70. At the same time people are from UK, EU and from other countries as well. Which accounts number of races, cult, creed etc. Financial position People are standing on different station of finance. People from poor families and children of migrant workers and daily earners are also in the campus. Other barriersOne of the major menace is linguistic barriers. Since the courses are in only English and many students are coming from non English background which is making the courses less attractive. (Lochner, 2018.) After the research it is also found that the admission process has been always fair, in which students with the best suitability are given priority over others irrespective of their background. It is inclusive in nature. Admissions policy, procedures and regulations document focuses on applicants with formal pre-entry qualifications rather than those who do not it is marked a menace. A substantial amount of students is from the countries with poor income like India at the same time students from such countries as well where English is their second or may be third
language. It is creating barriers in their study. The LSST had made its reputation as a lavish institution so people from poor background are detached due to misconceptions they conceive. The barriers mentioned above are making LSST underperformed. It can reach to its potential if can sort out the issues. Even it would be a great opportunity to not only attract more students but can also offer more courses in order to counter the competitors (Allam ,2018.) 4. DELIVERY This is the stage in which the project which is made to counter the traced menace and research carried out will be delivered to the client. It is a systematic and well-articulated process. Mainlythreecomponentsarekeptinmindwhilegoingthroughitplantheproject, communicating and resources needed. The main function in this stage is to suggest the solutions based on the research so client can apply it. It is very important to mention here that these are not mandatory suggestions it just a recommendation and totally depends on the client as per his suitability can practice any or all of these. From the research above carried out these are the solution suggested to LSST in attempt to sort out the concerns (Aluko,2018.) SOLUTIONS- Finding the solutions for the problems- ï‚·Clarify the diagnostic nature of the current form and process referred to as APEL, rename them to more accurately reflect the purpose and ensure forms are completed on school premises. The organization has represented itself as an educational institution but it looks a more business less a philanthropic organization. So for taking emotional advantages extra efforts can be made. ï‚·LSST can go with a new revised Admission policy so that is takes account of the full range of applicant profiles likely to be encountered as a consequence of the schools missions. With the current admission policy a wide section is being eliminated which must be considered.
ï‚·As it is known around 40% Chinese students consider UK to study in. It can be a great opportunity for the institution to be grown with a greater rate. It can start its courses in maeandrine language as well. For other students who are facing the problem of linguistic barrier for them online courses in their native language can be started and if they constitute a good figure then can start separate batch for them. ï‚·For avoiding the irregularity of conduction of classes sometime on short notice to eradicate such issues LSST must have a pre decided class schedule. It can further decide one day in the week on which short notices can be circulated. Such elastic policy will not only hike the presence ratio of the classrooms but also will make those potential people believe who are in job and want to pursue their further study but due to timing issues are not signing up the offered courses (Sirilak,2018.) ï‚·Students from poor background who are reluctant to join the institution can be provided specialscholarship if they are academicallystrong and are performing above the standards decided. The college is also providing accommodation but the cost may be unbearable for such students with poor background so it can further go for arranging cheaper accommodation for the students on their demand. ï‚·Ensure learning support systems and resources are matched to the student recruitment profile, and remain fit for purpose in supporting students to meet attendance targets, learn effectively and achieve their intended academic goals. For such students who are having difficulty due to their different cultural background may offer them customized support so can grow together. MARKETING- The present educational business can't be imagined without help of online presence of the educational institution. Over the time various educational institutions have started practising online marketing in order to attract a large group of global students. In the case of LSST, SOSTAC was considered for marketing plan (Arifianti, 2019.) Without proper roadmap of the

marketing strategy, implementation is not possible. This model helped in preparing the most appropriate plan and succeeding it successfully. SOSTAC Model- SituationPresently the institution is facing problem in management of the students who are coming from various backgrounds and it is causing menace in the institution in term of more market share, better structure of education, satisfaction of students. ObjectiveLSST is having main aim to eradicate these bottlenecks in attempt to make the institution more leaning toward students and can make it appropriate for the students from different background. StrategyFor this purpose as above broadly discussed a set of plan will be implemented in which all those actions which can resolve the issues of the students shall be taken. TacticsOffering wide range of schemes to get the problems resolved and then online marketing to make the potential students aware of this initiative. ActionsNew admission Policy, Scholarship program, Online class portal to resolve the issues, Global marketing. ControlForcontrollingtheplantheprogresswillbetimelyobserved. Bimonthly reports will be submitted to the apex authority so can manage the progress. New admission Policy- The present admission policy of the institution is not healthy to ace the goals. So will be drafting a new committee so can make an inclusive plan which can bring better talent with higher amount of admissions. It must be not based on only previous academic performance but the current skills and suitability with the offered programmes should be
considered, with this regard can decide the proportion of such seats so can make it more balanced. Scholarship program- LSST can introduce its new scholarship programme to attract the students from poor financial background. It will help them in getting their dream come true. For better implementation services from Online agency can be opted. It must be a well diversified and should provide ample amount of opportunity to the students who are anticipating to get into. Online Class Portal- Such portal should be their to plan the classes and resolving the concerns of students. It will help them in knowing the schedule of their class and if they are having any issue they can put it into consideration for addressing. This must be offering various advance features as well like if students are having query with the timing and duration of the class they may raise their query and get it resolved. Global Marketing- It is an essential action in which LSST can procure the online marketing services from IT service providers. It will make more people visit their page and will get the offers and other relevant information of the institution. Their present portal is disclosing their all policies and schemes in brief but the results can be maximized by a little more efforts. Like can opt the services like Search Engine Optimization so while looking for a good college students come across to the client's institution. 5) EXIT This is the last stage of the consultancy service in which the consultancy firm will be taking its steps out. In this stage a few key areas would be given attention and the client will also be guided to focus and if needed to improve it. This is the end point of the consultancy but having its prominence in grabbing success. Outcomes- In limited words the final outcomes of consultancy agency are shared here. For resolving the issues of the client consultancy firm has closely observed LSST (Naim,2021.) and its various elements. Latter on a research was conducted to drill deeply the issues which traced the key areas of concern and suggested few things to the institution to bring into so can make its
goals more feasible. After analysis, it is suggested to the institution to start the classes in additional languages so can attract more students. For resolving other issues like financial problems and class timing issues modern mechanisms given like can give concession to the students with specific merits and can also start global scholarship plan which can assist such potential students who are not applying due to their poor financial background. Handover- Refers to the process in which a few more actions are suggested by the consultancy firm to its client so can achieve the intended goals. Here it can be suggested to LSST it can go for collaboration with other institutions so can use the synergy factors (Riihihuhta,6.) As it has already mentioned on its website to be inclined toward elimination of all forms of discrimination with this regard LSST may introduce a new cell in the institution which deals with pertaining issues. CONCLUSION The report above had presented the consultancy service rendered to LSST college UK. So canhelpthemindraftingsuchaplantoovercomethethreatswhichweremakingit underperforming. The report had presented the plan to achieve the intended goal of the college. It dealt the issues to the fullest extent. Report further suggested few things to the client for paving the way forward and experiencing greater outcomes. It had systematically presented all the actions performed to fetch the strongest consultations to the client along with highlighting the areas with priority which would be taken into focus for better performance of the program.
